We had the worse experience ever! My dog was mistreated and abused!! The nurses lied in my face about my dog screaming (said it was a cat which I knew was a lie). I clearly heard her because I was in a room right next to where they took her. I even overheard them talking about me and telling my dog to shut up!! Then when I asked the nurse about it she lied first, but When I gave her a blank stare of disbelief her response was “well she got a little crazy and tried snipping at me.” First of all my dog is 10years old! She’s old and fragile and there is proper protocol that you should follow if a dog is over stimulated. But the fact that she doesn’t even bite further confirms that they were mishandling her and made her feel threatened. My daughter was in tears because of how they treated our dog and I was pissed! I called corporate for about a week and no one ever called me back. Ever since we took our dog there, now she has back issues. There are no words to explain the level unprofessionalism and lack of care with these people. The staff was awful as well and it seems that they work together to cover themselves. This location needs to be investigated and shut down!!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS LOCATION EVER IN LIFE!!! You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!

They were wonderful. That take great care of my two dogs. My Yorkie just had her teeth cleaned and ended up needing an extraction. They communicated everything to me along the way.

The people are friendly and great with my dog. The manager Courtney showed extra care for my fur baby when I left out of town. When his food got low, she called me to inform me. I ordered more food for Cody and placed an order thru Instacart, and Courtney stayed a few minutes later until the order arrived and gave me a call to let me know that his food was delivered. I appreciate what they do for my fur baby when I'm out of town. He enjoys going there, and I can't wait for the weather to break so he can swim in the pool.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr Adrian and her staff for excellent service during my visit with my Rottie. He was diagnosed with cancer and had to be put down today! Thank you for your compassion and caring spirit during this time. Recommend this facility for your pet needs! Thank you again!

I spent over $1200.00 for a constipated ragdoll kitten at this location in snellville ga. Banfield pet hospital gave him a enema he was there from 9am to 6pm and they left dried feces all over his long coat and they had the entire day to clean him. I did not know until I got home and they closed at 6pm when I picked him up, so I could not bring him back to be groomed. He smelled so bad I was gagging all night from the smell even after I tried to clean him myself. The smell gave me a horrible headache and now I feel sick from being exposed to this fecal matter all over his long hair coat. This is unexceptable and I will not be going back to this place for my animals care because not only did they not care about his medical care and cleanliness but they did not care how it would medically effect the family this kitten came home to. 😢
