I went in back in early June and had a bit of a misunderstanding. I voiced my concerns and Kelli immediately reached out to me. Her response was amazing. She agreed with my concerns and told me her plan to fix them. I was planning on switching to another vet but after my conversation I decided to give them another try. I’m so glad I returned!!! The crew was so nice. They treated my puppy so great. Even asking basic question, they treated me so politely and informed me of anything I asked. I’m definitely keeping my business here! Overall a great staff and an amazing management.

Jun 23, 2024 · Kristen HallWe found a sweet boy running through the neighborhood. We ran here and they scanned him for us to find no chip. The wonderful ladies recommended me joining the neighbor app. I did and the first post I saw was the dogs family looking for him. Thank you so much for being the reason he went home to his family
Dec 10, 2024 · Trinity TuckerUpdate 12/24/24 I NEED A VETERINARIAN THAT CARES!!!!! Our Lucy has a heart issue and a history of UTI infections. She’s even had the test in the where they insert a needle into her bladder to get a urine sample. They know she can only have 1 type of antibiotic. We believe she has another one. I called yesterday to see if they would give her some antibiotics since they are closed today and tomorrow. I could have picked them up in the way home from work. Despite knowing her history, I was told she needed to be seen. That will be Thursday, this has been going on since Monday. So instead of giving me antibiotics she has to suffer until then going to the bathroom frequently during the day. I Can only imagine how painful it is for her. We are going to see if we can get something over the counter to provide her with some relief. Once our contract is over we will be going elsewhere. I need a vet that cares about our dog like we do. I feel like there is no reason why they couldn’t give her some antibiotics until she can be seen. This post is from months ago….. I have to give them 1 star, there is no zero. Our Lucy has been complaining of pain when we pick her up. She won’t jump off the couch. I am concerned that she might have pinched a nerve. So this past Saturday I got up early and took her to Banfield. The computers were down and they refused to look at her. There should be a plan in place when things like that happen. Most companies have something for just the occasion. They said that they weren’t seeing anyone until the computers came back up. I was told I could always call back later. I’ve used Banfield for years and never been so disappointed.
Dec 24, 2024 · Crystal “Pookies mom” EdwardsEvery time I need an appointment or a record copy for my pet they make it so difficult. Every request is a big problem for them and they don't know what I'm talking about when I have requested the same appointments and record copies from other vets who had zero problem. Front desk staff needs more training and knowledge.
Nov 21, 2024 · Daniela ZambranoI came with a kitten's tail injury, saying that the kitten was receiving pain relief. They told me that an x-ray needed to be done to help my kitten, I said that it was expensive for me, and asked if they really could help if they did it, they assured me that it was necessary. They took the kitten for 2 hours, then I waited another 45 minutes in the doctor's room, in the end they could not determine what was wrong with his tail, saying that I needed to pay extra for a description of the x-ray, but in the end they would not do anything except pain relief. The doctor Jeanette Andrea and the girl who interviewed us thought it was funny that the kitten would now have a crooked tail due to an injury; who even hires people like that? Why did they make me take an x-ray to further help the kitten? If in the end they said that they do not treat it in any way, everything should heal on its own with pain relief, which the kitten was already receiving at home. A rip-off and no help. They refused to give me a photo of the x-ray on principle; they sent it only an hour later, when all the other hospitals had already closed, although I said that I was going to another clinic and I needed an x-ray now, for which I paid 400$. Terrible place, I don't recommend visiting it.
