Every time I have been to Banfield they are great. Always so helpful listening to my first time dog mom questions, and helping my Boy Charlie get all his shots and everything he needs. 10/10 recommend. They also offer a 24 hr chat system with some of the plans which was very helpful when I had a pet emergency.

My cat was sick and misbehaving and scratching everyone and hissing and they were wonderful with her and helpful when all banfield were booked and busy they fit her in and were soo patient and amazing love these people especially Hailey she kept calling her miss mam she was super cute 😍

They say they're open until 6pm, but they close up shop at 5:30. I was just trying to get a prescription verified from my vet so I could buy specialty cat food. Completely worthless.

I wouldn’t trust this place with my big toe.. they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, if you don’t even know how to work a computer why in the world would I think you know what you’re doing when it comes to animal equipment? They do this whole big smoke and mirrors show for their first time patients so they can talk them into the membership that you can damn sure sign up for and commit to in store but have to call an 888 number Monday - Friday 9-5 in order to cancel.. they are absolutely laughable but they definitely got one over on me and made their money so I guess the scheme is working

Always a wonderful experience here. They're super friendly and always take great care of the doggos. I love that I feel like it's not a commercial vet even though it is. They really do make it feel like a family business.
