I confirmed my appointment via message. Get there I’m standing at the counter 5 minutes or more and see no one. I look on the board don’t even see dogs name on board thinking I’m at wrong location. Heavy set lady comes out of room with patients never acknowledged me. Just checked out customer and went back in back. I ring bell getting annoyed. Same lady comes back out saying oh we tried calling you basically trying to get me to reschedule. I called her bluff and showed no one has called me. With all this I kinda got pissed and let her have it. She has NO customer service in her at all. Maybe a bad day but I doubt it. The thin chick that took care of my boy and the doctor were way much better I’d give them a 5 star if possible just rating them. I’m on the banfield plan I pay monthly even though my boy barely goes. Not sure if we’ll be apart of banfield much longer.

Dec 15, 2024 · Heroic PhenomDON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. I visited here twice, both were bad experiences. First, they don't inspect or vaccinate your pet in front of you - they take them to another room. I asked why they are doing that, the assistant said "it's busy". I literally looked at the screen, I was the ONLY person in the clinic. My puppy was howling and screaming from the other room, and when the assistant and doctor came back, they said how "dramatic" my puppy is. No duh! You yanked him to another room, the owner is out of sight, and he's a PUPPY! What do you expect! I will NOT return. The lack of professionalism and hospitality is disgusting. I will pay premium to avoid these chain hospitals.

Obviously she is super afraid of big dogs and because of the environment and having someone that is afraid in front of him made my dog uncomfortable and he was barking a lot. She came in to the room without even greeting me or my dogs and was really the worst service I ever experienced. After waiting for an hour the doctor Haroldo came to say my dog needs to be drugged for him to go to the vet, (all about the money) my dog is 2 years and he is used to go to appointments and this is the first time this happens. Terrible team, terrible service, terrible veterinarian I wish i could cancel my service honestly. Also when I went to the front desk all those ladies where very rude, looking at us some type of way. Made me feel super sad. I would never go back to this location. NOT RECOMMENDED

I have overall been very happy with Banfield, their plan, and how they have treated my dog. However, I went to drop my dog off for an appointment two days ago, and the tech that came to pick him up was awful. My dog is very sweet, obedient, and well trained. When the tech was trying to put leash around my dogs leg, he gently pulled his leg out. The tech stuck him on his nose and meanly growled "NO"... right in front of me... She then took him back, yanking and dragging him by his neck. I did not feel good about this at all and requested that my dog be brought out right away and we left.

Along with the other staff members that helped us, the doctor, Courtney. They were so kind to my puppy and they made everything so easy and effortless. It’s nice to have people who care about their job and take care of your baby as their own. I really appreciate such an above average vet visit as it always is!
