We have had all our rescued cats , raging from 13 to 3 years old enrolled at Banfield Wellness Plans to prevent any illness or at the very least catch them when they are at the beginning stages. Furthermore, we have lived in several states and having fluid and instant access to medical records was a must for us, also that has given us experience with many Banfield Hospitals, in this area and other states. This location is by far the best in this area, Dr Williams is our cats’s primary care physician (yes veterinarian doctors are like pediatricians having to work with non verbal patients and they have the same amount of college years than a person’s doctor. Dr Williams has the experience, expertise knowledge and more importantly the warmth and understanding of our multicat family to tailor prescriptions and solutions that we can implement. That , is highly valued by us and we cannot express our gratitude in words to the whole team of client service coordinators, nurses, and technicians that are knowledgeable and caring to take messages, pass along information and provide appointments in a timely manner. In short, we cannot be happier with our decision to make this our primary clinic.

rude and unprofessional. called ahead to schedule an appointment later in the day, as i did not want to drop my pet off and leave him which has happened without notice here before. when i arrived at the appointment after driving from an hour away, i was told that we could not be seen until an hour later, as the doctor had just gone to lunch. i have work to get back to (hence why i SCHEDULED an appointment a week in advance) and other family obligations to get to later in the day. every time i’ve come here, it’s been something new and a higher level of non-chalantness and unprofessionalism. even a team member said it was uncalled for, for the doctor to leave when there was a scheduled appointment telling me to wait an hour to be seen.

Banfield Pet Hospital is an awesome place to take your pets and buy medical treatment plans for to save money on medical appointments and exams. The entire staff are very good with making the babies feel safe. My Paris & Precious loves to go to their appointments and the follow-up calls after treatment.

Just had another wonderful experience today! Cheyenne is outstanding in effective communication, personable, highly competent, dependable, and provides (TOJ) Tingles of Joy! What I really appreciate is she gives our Penney Corgie dog love, hugs, smiles, and the best greeting ever! When Cheyenne is working with me at the front counter and the phone rings, she answers it within 2-3 rings and says, "If this is not an emergency may I place you on hold for moment?" and then finishes up with us. This is quality service and none better! Never let great work go unnoticed. Cheyenne does great work and deserves some sort or formal recognition and a bonus$. The Optimum Wellness Plan (OWP) is a tremendous value and a terrific return on investment with substantial savings, and peace of mind! This is a pretty new building that is the perfect size with lots of big windows and doors with windows, great location, easy access with plenty of parking, and an area outside for dogs to go to the bathroom. It's the people inside that make this the best! Very little, if any, customer wait time and talented folks at front desk who are excellent at multi-tasking and greeting customers in person and on the phone. Thank you, all! My family and I are very grateful for all you do in taking such wonderful care of Penney.

I've been withBanfield for many years. You use to could take your dog in without a charge they would've take care of tharmt & had me buy the meds.. I will be discontinuing my pet insurance at the end of the contract. Why??? I took my dog Azul to Banfield to check out a nasty rash on his neck. Making sure he wasn't bitten by anything & for meds to help it to heal. They told me it would be $80 for them to clean the spot to examine I said i wasn't paying for that.. They said they will looked at but mot ckean it & recommend a anti bacterial cream that cost $40. I told them just look at it and we'll be on our way. They looked at it said it wasn't a bite. We left I took him home cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide & got an antibacterial ontiment... It healed.. I will find a vet & keep a credit card clear for shots & emergency. I'm Over Banfield 😒

I am a first time dog owner and I took my puppy here for care. From the beginning, everything was inconsistent. I never spoke to or saw the same person twice, and each time I took my puppy there I was given completely different information regarding his vaccinations, his age, and his weight. I took him in last week because I was concerned with vomiting and after 5 hours and $600 (even after paying for their wellness plan) I had a vet tech tell me that I needed to take him to the emergency room as he might of had a foreign object in his stomach. When I called back and spoke to the actual doctor, I was told there was no worry for this and that it was not urgent that I take him to the emergency room as it was not necessary. After this I have been spending the last week trying to get a hold of anyone who can help me cancel my plan. I spoke with one person who told me it was cancelled but I still needed to pay for their year, but then I am being told it has not been cancelled. I have been getting the run around and being redirected to several different numbers and email. I have emailed Banfieldcares@banfield.com and have yet to receive a response. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Banfield and I highly recommend going anywhere else. Update: Two weeks later and I have continued to be redirected, no one from Banfield Cares has responded to me, and I have been disconnected during a chat before finding help. This has been beyond stressful and I highly urge anyone to seek care elsewhere because if you have an issue with Banfield, you will not be able to get anyone to assist you.
