I moved to Knoxville from NJ and my pet’s first visit here was surprisingly quick. I was able to make an appointment by phone and did not have to wait much to get called by the vet. My pet went for a yearly vaccination and to express his anal glands. The entire visit did not take more than 15 min. The vet made sure to come talk to me at the end which was nice. I would come back to this location.

Mar 05, 2025 · ines caetanoMy Wally gets the best care begins when we walk in the door from the front desk to the Dr and in between. The ladies at front desk are phenomenal they love on my Wally like he’s their own baby. One of my favorite ladies has been there long before I began bringing Wally there 6 years ago, is my favorite and we both love her and look forward to seeing her. Even if we just go to groomers next door she always loves on my Wally. The care is thorough, formative and makes time for discussion. Thank you Banfield!
Jul 30, 2024 · Marcia BrackfieldI am outright distraught and disgusted with the lack of care for animals here. It’s all about money and not about the animals who are under banfield’s care. My dog underwent surgery for a spay. Every day after she started getting increasingly swollen and bruised. I called multiple times and sent images and messages to the pet chat just to be told she was healing fine. She eventually developed a red bump on her incision cite and so I contacted the vet again. I was told she could come in the next day to have it seen, but didn’t get informed that this was an emergency or given any sort of warning of what could be going on or how serious this was and was simply brushed off. Within 30 minutes of my last conversation with the vet the bump burst and she was leaking blood and puss everywhere. I rushed her to the emergency vet which informed me she had a fever of 104 and was severely infected. The cone they had given me was too short and the emergency hospital said that banfield should have noticed something was wrong from the moment I brought it to their attention and should have sized her for the correct cone. My dog was secluded minus going out to use the bathroom, fed properly and given her medication and water as told to. She should have never gotten to the point that she did and with any reasonable care she would never have. I’m disappointed and upset that they neglected to provide her the care she needed.
May 01, 2025 · KrowVery nice and professional vets at this clinic. Had first for getting established since we had just gotten M&M.
Jan 31, 2025 · Sally BennettWe recently had some health issues with our dog (Ruger). All the staff here are so polite and compassionate. I’ve never experienced a vet staff as kind as this team. I know I am missing some names, but thank you to these ladies and others: Jaqueline, Joy, Teresa, Bailey, Dr. Adkins, and Dr. Bhakta
