Ever since i started taking my pets to the salmon creek location , it is always a huge hassle and excuses on long waits or things not getting put in the files. When you have to get mad and frustrated every time you take your pets in for care…. Save your money find another vet. They constantly cancel appointments when you schedule on line appointments. And don't get frustrated and call them out . It will be put on you for being upset at same mistakes every visit. However one vet and a few front desk girls are sweet . But definitely not worth the hassle or stress. Got to another vet.

Good luck having your pet seen or get medication refils they need! Been going here for 6 years and the customer service has gone down dramatically over the last few years. Hold time 20 minutes or longer anytime you call. Receptionist are a joke and really should be trained better. Blaming a customer for their inability to take proper notes in accounts is not the customers fault. That falls on the training provided by the people running the facility. Do they take great care of my pet when seen, absolutely, but getting them in is almost impossible. I work customer service and understand completely how to handle difficult situations so there is no excuse for the behavior of their front of the house staffs inability to do their job and try to make excuses for their poor behavior.

I truly wanted to like this veterinary clinic, but unfortunately, I can't in good conscience give it a positive rating. For context, our cat has always enjoyed going to the vet—she usually purrs non-stop. However, after we transitioned to this Banfield location (following the move to Urgent Care only at Three Creeks Clinic), we experienced a stark contrast. On her first visit, she was visibly shaken, which is extremely out of character for her. I've never seen her more traumatized by a vet visit, and that’s saying a lot. We decided to give this location a try for our dog as well, after hearing positive recommendations from acquaintances. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a huge mistake. While some visits have been okay, our most recent experience has completely deterred us from returning to this clinic—and possibly any Banfield location in the future. A major issue we've encountered is the lack of transparency about the type of appointment you're booking. We’ve requested in-person consultations numerous times but have consistently been met with "drop-off" appointments instead. In the two years we’ve been clients, we've had only two in-office appointments, despite explicitly asking for all visits to be in-person when scheduling. Our dog suffers from severe separation anxiety and leaving him without us is incredibly distressing for him. This lack of clarity when scheduling is unacceptable, especially given how it affects the well-being of our pet. Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired. On several occasions, we’ve called to schedule appointments, ask questions, or request prescription refills, and we’ve been left on hold for 15+ minutes or sent to voicemail. Even after leaving multiple voicemails, no one ever calls back. We've left at least three voicemails requesting a prescription refill and received zero follow-up. When we finally got in touch with someone, they responded with attitude, saying the prescription had already been refilled—yet we had received no communication from them. Picking up a prescription refill has also become an ordeal in itself. On multiple occasions, it has taken 20–30 minutes just to retrieve a refill, mostly because the staff who go to the back to get the medication stay there far longer than seems necessary. To top it off, during our most recent visit for vaccinations and a concerning scab, we were sent home with no information or indication that the scab had even been addressed. The only reason I’m giving this clinic 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Dr. Siahpush, who genuinely seems to care about the animals and their well-being. Dr. Siahpush, thank you for your effort—it’s unfortunate that the rest of the staff doesn’t seem to share your level of commitment.

I want to like it here, but it's hard. They obviously need more employees. They are very polite, etc but it's so hard to accomplish basic things - like make an appointment. So frustrating! I made an appt for each of my dogs. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I finally spoke to a person. Once I finally received the confirmation, one appt was made as a drop off not in room when I specified an in room. Calling to correct this place is horrible - calling this place is horrible. I'm on a "brief hold" for 20 min then got cut off. Drop off appts may be convenient for them but horrible for the dog. They are stuck in a cage for hours. Please look at hiring more people.

Banfield talked us into getting the pet insurance and my dog has since passed but we are stuck paying the monthly payment on her insurance for the next year due to hidden wording in the sign up. It did not save us much money anyway. Also, when my dog was coming here she had urine crystals so they put her on $100+ food and it caused her to not be able to control her bladder. I took my dog to another vet and they told me they would have started her on a cheaper treatment that wouldn’t cause urinary incontinence. (That was 4 months later and not only did she have urinary incontinence but she still had urine crystals). Waste of money.

All I can say is positive things about this location. We have been using them for over a year and a half now. Sam, Dana, and Dr. S are just amazing. We had a quality of life appointment last February for our beloved Dog Kitty. We ended up doing bloodwork and was able to get him on meds and he finally took the steps to kitty heaven yesterday. I left a message for Dana yesterday and less than an hour she called me back. We decided it was time to put Dog Kitty to rest. They were all so compassionate and attentive to us saying goodbye to him. They helped us give him the best last few months possible and were almost as emotional as we were. It was so hard to say goodbye to our baby but I knew it was time and we felt so comforted by their support. Thank you for all you do for our family!!
