I'm not entirely unhappy with this vet clinic, but I had a terrible experience with one of the vets. She removed a cyst from my dog, and the scarring is horrible. Additionally, she took out 10 of my dog's teeth without informing me that she wasn't trained in dog dentistry. The scar is so bad that another vet from the same practice questioned me about it, unaware that a colleague had done the procedure. My once pretty dog is now horribly scarred, even after six months.

We always have a good experience here. The vets are super friendly and we haven't experienced any delays in the appointment time. Plus, the costs are reasonable and I never feel like I have to sell my first born child to pay for the vet bills for the dog. I highly recommend them.

Poor communication. We had a vet appointment at the banfield Bellevue with a drop off of 7:30am, with text confirmation of date/time/location. When we arrived no one was there. We waited 40min in the lobby with a no show of any staff so we left. After reading other negative reviews on Google perhaps this was a blessing in disguise not to leave our pet in their care.

Unprofessional and Incompetent Staff, Pet Safety Compromised I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by the staff at [Banfield Pet Hospital]. My dog's health was jeopardized due to their negligence. Despite providing detailed medical records and updating vaccinations, they administered unnecessary vaccines without proper consent. When confronted, they offered no apology and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of their own procedures. The doctor's behavior, including cursing and avoiding questions, was utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise pet owners to avoid this facility.

Great personalized service with people who really care about your dog is not only possible but realized in the happiest of splendor, surprisingly at a big veterinary franchise!
