We always have the best experience at this location!! My baby Duke has an extra sensitive stomach and when he gets anxious he has explosive diarrhea, he normally can hold it together during visits but today when we arrived he had a big accident in the lobby :( I was horrified but Miriam, the veterinary assistant was so amazing at helping Duke and I not feel embarrassed, she cleaned it up quickly and was such an ANGEL! She really understood dukes anxiety and gave him extra special attention and really bonded with him that helped lower his anxiety a lot!. The staff at this location really really care about animals in the way all pet owners hope their vet will! I recommend Banfield to any pet owner especially this location!!!

took 20 mins to get someone to answer the phone. then found out they deleted my account and cancelled my appointment only a few hours after the confirmation email for said appointment was sent. new availability says they have no appointments available until the 20th when my cancelled appointment was for the 16th. extremely frustrating and very poor service and communication.

BEST VET VISIT EVER!!! I wish I could give 10 stars. Celeste the Vet Tech was amazing, patient, sweet and explained everything. My Chihuahua is very nervous and defensive but they handled her perfectly. There was a big snafu in the system which she patiently and apologetically took care of. Dr Huntington is the best Veterinarian I’ve ever seen. The explanations she gave were informative with no pressure or judgement on any services. I did have a previous non-helpful visit at another location. Dr Huntington was empathetic and apologetic about that happening. Garbage vet clinic. You won’t walk out of there for less than $150. Always requires bloodwork, labs and physical for something as routine as flea meds for obviously healthy pets. Understaffed and wait times are horrendous. Go to a local-non franchise vet.
