I have been receiving care here for my cat for many years, and the treatment has been fabulous. But unfortunately the staff has changed, and at my last appointment the person who admitted my cat was quite unfriendly. My English is not very good and I asked her to speak Spanish to better understand what my cat needed and she refused (She spoke Spanish). I fully understand that the language here is English, but I know that it is possible to have support in Spanish, and I think it is important that this support exists in these places. The doctors are very good, but the receptionist is not very friendly, In addition to not looking active, she was lying on the desk.

Oct 31, 2024 · Brenda VelasquezThis is for all Banfield hospitals. Since Covid now they do these drop off visits and I don’t like it at all. It’s impossible to get an in room visit. I don’t want to drop off my dog to sit in a cage just to get a urine sample or a shot. I want to come in with my appointment, get it done, and leave. You have to wait a month to get an in room appointment. It’s ridiculous
Dec 18, 2024 · Amanda MargaretThis location has very good and pleasant staff members they greet me and my dog when we come into the establishment, my dog has been with Banfield since he was 7 weeks old and he is now 12yrs old I really truly love Banfield and I have sent other dog lovers there too.
Jun 27, 2024 · Victoria HarperThis place is great! The staff are all excellent and Dr. Ikeda takes the time to talk to me about my puppy. He's been going here since he was 2 months old, and he's 8 months old today. He had such a rough time today going in and was so scared but they helped me calm him down as fast as possible and did wonderfully with him while examining him. You could hear them cheering him on, he was so afraid, but they tried to make him comfortable as possible. Thank you thank you. Scooby thanks you all Brickyard Banfield staff and Dr. Ikeda.
Jul 14, 2023 · BernadetteI've been taking my dog to various Banfield locations since 2007 and started going to the Brickyard location about a year ago. My dog is a 17 year old chihuahua who has been on an expensive mediation consisting of 2 pills a day since 2018 prescribed by Banfield. I had to have her retested ($500 test every 6 months) recently to determine if the medication was appropriate and they said it was very important she be on the medication for the week leading up to the test. I gave her 2 pills every day leading up to test as I thought that was the prescription. After the test they said everything looked good and she can continue on the medication. When I tried to refill the medication, they said I already had enough since the prescription was just for 1 pill a day and not 2 a day. They said it had been 1 pill for the last year. I had been at Banfield about 6 times in the last year and every time I told them she was on two pills a day. I always had to call and had problems for many months getting the medication refiled and they did not pick up on their mistake. They are now covering and saying either 1 or 2 pills could be fine. No offer to comp the test which was based on wrong assumptions. I've written maybe one other online review in my life and I am not a high conflict person but felt compelled to share this review based on my experience.
