Banfield Pet Hospital

I took my cat there to get a cyst looked at. I opted for the drop off option as I needed immediate service for my cat. I dropped him off at the scheduled time of 8:45am and waited for a phone call. I received my phone call at 4pm from Dr.Winters regarding my cat. When you take your pet to a vet, you are nervous and worried about your pet but in my case, that soon turned to frustration. Dr. Winters was very condescending when sharing information regarding my cats care. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to the parent of her patient. She didn't touch on the issue I originally brought him in for but instead picked apart the other aspects of my cats care, had a strong opinion to the fact my cat is indoor and outdoor cat and when she asked me a question regarding my cat, she didn't even let me answer before making an assumption. I appreciate the receptionist/nurse as she was extremely kind, and I was able to get what I needed for my cat but I will not be taking my cat there to be cared for by Dr.Winters again. She lacks bedside manner when it comes to concerned animal parents, seeming dismissive and uninterested. It was my first and LAST time going to the Beavercreek Banfield Pet Hospital.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are always so friendly and happy to help, especially the front desk staff! As a first time puppy owner, I have had a million and one questions about how to best raise my girl (Reese) , and Banfield has answered them all with a smile! I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found such a great vet so close to home. My family dogs have always gone to Banfield, and now my dogs will as well! Seriously great job guys, and thank you so much for everything!

I've been taking my little pug, Mochi, to Banfield for over a year now. The team there has been fantastic with her, from reception to the vet techs and vet, and is always quick to get her in as soon as possible if I have any concerns about her health. It pays to have a team looking after my pet with as much care as I do, and they're always very communicative if they do find any issues and give instructions very clearly on what should be done to manage them. Thank you, Banfield, for always looking after my little Mochi!

Kira had her comprehensive check up today with Doc Winters. As always the Ladies at Beavercrek Banfield did great. Thank You for taking great care of our baby girl.

Yesterday we laid to rest our beloved Italian Mastiff Moses. The staff was amazing, as they have been for the 10 years we have been bringing Moses to Banfield. There were lots of tears from our family, and some by the staff at Banfield as well. They understood our loss and were compassionate and understanding throughout the process. We have always been treated with respect, and after yesterday, I will never go anywhere else for veterinary care. Thank you from the bottom our hearts for the way you treated our family and the way you handled yourselves. It made a very hard day a little easier.
