I can’t say enough good things about Banfield Pet Hospital and the incredible team that cared for our dog, Oliver. From the moment we walked in, they treated him like family, always showing kindness, patience, and genuine love for what they do. What truly sets them apart is their transparency—not just with pricing, but with every step of Oliver’s care. They never rushed us, always explained our options clearly, and made sure we understood what was best for him. But what I will forever be grateful for is that Banfield was the only hospital that found Oliver’s thyroid tumor. Others had missed it, but their thorough exams and attention to detail caught it in time. Because of their quick action, Oliver got the treatment he needed, and they quite literally saved his life. The thought of losing him is unbearable, but thanks to Banfield, we have more time with our sweet boy. If you want a vet that truly cares, that goes above and beyond, and that you can trust with your pet’s life, Banfield is it. We will never forget what they did for Oliver, and we will always be thankful for their compassion and expertise.

The entire staff here is always so friendly and so helpful. You can tell that they genuinely care about every animal that comes in. They are great at communicating exactly what my pets need and what’s going on. Scheduling an appointment is also so easy. I will not take my cats anywhere else. I trust the entire staff here wholeheartedly.

$300 for every ear infection. That’s with the plan I already pay monthly for. They don’t give strong enough meds so you have to keep coming back to get charged $300 over and over again. They upsell you on medications and exams your pet doesn’t need. They’ll take all your money if you let them. My dog had a limp in his right leg. They wanted to x ray his left leg and put him on a monthly shot regiment on the wrong leg. Can’t make it up. Frustrating when you care about your pet and you just get shaken down but a vet that won’t even see you in person. They’ll only speak to you over the phone as they ask for money.

The entire staff at the Cornelius location is fantastic. All are super personable, friendly and patient. This standalone location is 1000 times better than the locations that are in the louder and hectic petsmart stores. Those are usually right near the grooming dept and very noisy. Our timid pops prefer the quiet and relaxing nature of the standalone - they actually get excited and go with the techs willingly which was never the case in the store based Banfields. Can’t say enough good things about the Cornelius location!!

We love our pet’s care team at Banfield Cornelius!! Every time we go, our pets are greeted by name and are treated with special care. Highly recommend!

Banfield is the best vet we could take Lexi. They are very thorough, kind, affectionate. We are so thankful for their expertise staff and how loyal they are to Lexi. I want to send a huge shout to Nancy and Jen. Jen was so caring and went into detail about Lexi and made me feel like I was the only person she conversed with today.
