I visited this establishment for the first time and was helped immediately by the young lady at the front desk. She was very kind gathering my information and getting my fur baby checked in. Meeting with the vet tech, I can notice her energy wasn’t as inviting as the other associate however she was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had regarding my pet. One thing I didn’t like about my visit was the fact that they were adding on services close too $800 before even taking my pet back to be examined. All in all I’m generally thankful for Banfield in assisting the best they could in helping my little guy feel better again. I’m still on the fence on whether this will be my primary veterinarian.

Nov 13, 2024 · Crystal BellI would give more stars to this Banfield if I could! I switched to this location several years ago looking for better care for my senior dog, Savannah, and I got exactly that. The vet tech staff and vets (shoutout to Dr. Bowers and Dr. Cotton) are absolutely amazing and really show that they care for you and your pet. Raising a dog from baby to senior is not easy but they helped me embrace all the changes that were coming our way and made sure to always make room for us on the schedule when emergencies popped up. I recently moved out of state and will miss taking Savannah here so much! I hope to find an office near our new home as great as this one. Thank you for everything! ❤️🐩

Jan 14, 2025 · Jeff KirschenbaumIt was a uncomfortable experience I was told that the exam fee was $75 or $79 dollars and I had that I know that I was there for my cat follow up from the pet hospital in Annapolis the day before and the vet at the hospital told me that the good news was he didn't have a hard bladder but gave him pain meds to help with the UTI pain so went to Banfield and from the jump the assistant said they would have to do urinalysis and x-rays to see if their was a blockage but $600 for x- rays and almost $200 for a urinalysis and the exam fee was $ 80 you might as well say so she's looking at the computer screne and saying your looking at $700 give or take and she didn't even look at my cat yet didn't even know if their was a cat in the carrier so I told her I only had $300 on me and he needs his rabies shot too so we sat their in silence for what felt like forever and she said hold on let me see if I can get you a free office visit I will be back she came back and said unfortunately I couldn't do it she apologized which didn't help me any then I said just the exam and shot then they took him back and she came back with him and sat down and said we'll the exam was fine he's got a small bladder but the urine here she showed me a tube of what looked like dark water and said there's definitely an infection and what I'm worried about is. and I said I know what your going to say worriedabout blockage and she said yes I said I'm familiar with that I lost my other cat that way but wouldn't it be smart to give him antibiotics in case it's a UTI because untreated UTI turn into blockage she looked at me like oh she knows what she talking about so she said OK I will send him home with a antibiotic and anti-inflammatory and monitor him and make sure he's not vomiting fatigued still going outside the box I said I know what to look for so there went the x rays and urinalysis but I still don't know how they got the urine from him if it was through a needle like they said the procedure went then all they had to do is drop a small amount on a test strip but I didn't question it I knew rightt here they were just interested in money And the complimentary free office visit coupon you can get on Ine at petsmart so I really don't know why they couldn't have done that I could have done it on my phone there inthe office if they had told me
