Absolutely the WORST place ever. I don’t recommend this business to anyone. All locations are bad but this one is the worst. Not only is their facility dirty, their customer service staff is rude as ever, especially the girl I talked to today, and they are not gentle with your pet at all. They threatened me with a collections letter when the account they were referring to isn’t even in my name and I NEVER signed a contract with them. When I called the 800 number, the person I talked to even told me I wasn’t in the contract so they legally shouldn’t have sent me any information, plus he had a different address on file than the address where the letter went to, and no one in their office will tell me how they ended up with my address. When for a fact I didn’t give them my info. They are a huge scam! I understand they have a “monthly program” but it’s the biggest joke. I’d rather pay the higher price at another vet to get gentle hands, a nice staff, and a clean environment. This place is awful, save your money.

Banfield Pet Hospital Introduce

Welcome to Banfield Pet Hospital, located at 8105 Moores Ln #1300, Brentwood, TN 37027, USA. As a local animal hospital, Banfield aims to provide a variety of veterinary services to meet the healthcare needs of your pets. You can contact them at (615) 373-4444 or +1 615-373-4444.

Based on customer reviews, experiences at Banfield Pet Hospital appear to vary. One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction, citing concerns about the facility's cleanliness, the rudeness of some customer service staff, and a perceived lack of gentleness with pets. This reviewer also mentioned issues with billing and contract matters.

In contrast, another customer shared a positive experience, highlighting the attentive and caring nature of Dr. Harvey and the staff. They specifically praised the thoroughness of the care provided, especially in situations involving their dog's sensitivity to anesthesia and vaccines, as well as the follow-up calls to check on their pet's well-being. This customer expressed a strong recommendation for Banfield.

Banfield Pet Hospital offers a range of services expected from a full-service animal hospital. They are also known for offering "monthly programs," which are likely wellness plans designed to make routine veterinary care more affordable through regular payments. However, as indicated by one review, it's advisable to thoroughly understand the terms and conditions of any such programs.

It's important for local pet owners to consider these differing perspectives when evaluating Banfield Pet Hospital for their pet care needs. Visiting the facility and discussing your pet's specific needs with the staff may help you form your own informed opinion.

Dr. Harvey & the staff are always so attentive & caring. My dog has had several allergic reactions to anesthesia & vaccines. The staff always has been so thorough & calls & checks up on my dog to see how he’s doing. Totally recommend.

I’ve been using Banfield for years because I love the optimum wellness plans and have had good experiences. A few years ago we had an emergency with one of our senior cats and we ended up driving to this location instead of the one closest to our home because they had the appointment availability. Ever since that visit we have been going exclusively to this location because the staff and doctors are so wonderful. Unfortunately we had to say good bye to one of our cats recently because she lost her battle with kidney disease. I was overwhelmed by how kind and empathetic Doctor Harvey was and how sweet he was with my precious cat while she was being laid to rest. I could tell that he really cared about her and me as a patient. I adopted a new baby a couple weeks later and made sure to get an appointment with Doctor Harvey for her first check up. He has been wonderful with her and we will continue to come back!

Dr. Kim was a lifesaver with my goldendoodle Hamilton! On Christmas he got into food (after 6 years of not doing that) and unfortunetly is was chocolate pie. We called Blue Pearl and they said for his size he should be okay. Ten days later he was really sick with Pancreatitis that took weeks and two visits to Banfield to fix. Picking the right food for an already sensitive stomach pup is difficult but especially when you have to change their diet to prevent further pancreatits (low fat). Dr. Kim went above an beyond and emailed back and forth with me to help us decide between making our own recipees with Balance.it or the Farmers Dog. The thought of losing Hamilton or potentially him being chronically sick made it difficult to choose what to do next. Dr. Kim was patient with me and really cared for both me and my pet!

Dr. Hermann, Tori, Rachel, and the entire Banfield Brentwood team were a blessing during the hardest moment of our lives. Our dog, Simón, fell into kidney failure on a road trip home. We weren’t ready to say goodbye, but they gave him comfort, dignity, and so much love. Dr. Hermann’s care, Tori’s kindness, and Rachel’s quick action meant the world to us. They even brought us flowers—a gesture we’ll never forget. Because of them, Simón’s final moments were peaceful, surrounded by love, and we will always be grateful.
