Banfield Pet Hospital

Minnetonka Banfield is an outstanding vet clinic. Great vets and support team. They provide outstanding care and treatment for my dogs . When you come into the clinic you are welcomed and treated with kindness and respect. I am so happy with the clinic. Thank you.

My dog has been going to the Banfield Country Village location for years. They treat Betty like their own, with such personalized care. They make sure to fit Betty into their schedules as soon as possible, even in last-minute situations. When the staff calls to talk to me about Betty, they take the time to make sure I understand her treatment plan and next steps, always checking in the next day to ensure Betty’s wellbeing. We love Dr. Hogg, would highly recommend her as your veterinarian. Dr. Kawuki has been wonderful as well, when we can’t see Dr. Hogg. We love Banfield Country Village (see happy dog photos)!!!

I have a mixed review about this veterinary clinic. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but the veterinarian who attended me was unbearable. Not only did she not collaborate with my situation, but she also seemed to be unaware of the specific procedures for bringing a pet back into the country. I would have assumed that a USDA-accredited veterinarian would have knowledge of these processes, but I understand that mistakes can happen. If you're planning to travel with your pet to another country and return to the US, I would recommend avoiding this clinic. They don't have the necessary information. To make matters worse, they charged me $80 for a consultation that was of no help. They didn't even examine my pet, not even a single nail. In summary, although the staff is great and very friendly, the lack of knowledge and poor attention from the veterinarian attended me makes it difficult for me ttto recommend this clinic.

I just called to make an appointment for my cat. After being on hold for too long, I was met with a rude, condescending person. I'm sorry that I've bothered you, and I don't know how to properly set up an appointment in your perfect order. I always thought that people working at an animal hospital would kind??? Any how, I won't be bringing my buddy boy there.

Always a pleasant experience at Minnetonka Country Village. Dr.Graves, Shauna, and Hana are my favorite people. They always greet my girls by name, and ask how they are doing. In October my older dog, Fate was diagnosed with a ruptured spleen tumor that eventually led to her passing. This was the hardest time of my life and Dr.Garves took time to sit down, explain and let me ask as many questions as I needed. Every vet tech and front desk staff member was considerate and kind during this heartbreaking process. They sent me a condolences card signed by everyone, and followed up with a phone call. I am thankful for their supportive care. We recently added a puppy to our family. It was her first appointment yesterday, and they showed that same level of care and expertise. I appreciate each and every staff member at this Banfield. They are dedicated to our pets wellness.
