5 Star and A+ in every way! I wish I would have discovered Banfield and their optimal wellness plan many years ago. Mylo is my 5th Miniature Schnauzer, 4th rescue, and we have been blessed with excellent veterinary care, but none better than the entire team at Banfield.

Welcome to the introduction of Banfield Pet Hospital, a dedicated pet hospital located at 1969 Marketplace Dr Ste E, Burlington, WA 98233, USA. While our physical location is in the United States, we understand that pet owners everywhere prioritize the health and well-being of their animal companions. This introduction aims to provide local users in Singapore with a comprehensive understanding of the services, environment, features, and overall experience offered by a reputable veterinary care provider like Banfield Pet Hospital, which falls under the platform category of 'Pet Hospital' offering various pet-related services and goods.
Banfield Pet Hospital is committed to providing comprehensive veterinary care for pets. Based on information available online and customer reviews, the hospital aims to be a trusted partner in your pet's health journey. While specific details about the Burlington, WA location's environment are not explicitly available in the provided information, it is generally expected that a professional pet hospital like Banfield would maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. This includes well-equipped examination rooms, comfortable waiting areas, and potentially separate spaces for different types of animals to minimize stress.
The services offered at Banfield Pet Hospital are likely to be extensive, covering a wide range of veterinary needs. These typically include routine check-ups and vaccinations, which are crucial for preventative care and maintaining your pet's overall health. Dental care is another essential service, as oral hygiene plays a significant role in a pet's well-being. Banfield is also likely to offer diagnostic services, utilizing tools such as laboratory tests and imaging (like X-rays) to accurately diagnose illnesses and injuries. For more complex health issues, the hospital would provide medical treatments, and in some cases, surgical procedures. Furthermore, they may offer nutritional counseling to help pet owners make informed decisions about their pet's diet.
One of the features highlighted in a customer review is Banfield's "optimal wellness plan." These wellness plans are often designed to make preventative care more affordable and convenient by bundling essential services into regular payments. Such plans can include routine examinations, vaccinations, parasite control, and dental cleanings, potentially offering significant value for pet owners who are committed to proactive healthcare for their animals. The positive review specifically mentions the excellent veterinary care received through this plan, suggesting it is a key feature that benefits many pet owners.
Customer feedback provides valuable insights into the actual experience of interacting with Banfield Pet Hospital. One review expresses overwhelmingly positive sentiments, describing their experience as "5 Star and A+ in every way!" The reviewer, a multiple pet owner with experience in rescue animals, explicitly states that the care received at Banfield is the best they have encountered. This strong endorsement speaks volumes about the quality of veterinary services provided by at least some members of the Banfield team.
However, not all feedback is entirely positive. Another review mentions that while "most of the staff here are really great," there are exceptions. The reviewer specifically praises a Dr. Samson, indicating a positive experience with at least one veterinarian. However, this reviewer also expresses frustration regarding the limitations of their monthly fee plan, stating an inability to bring one of their dogs in for a "small health issue." This suggests that there might be specific terms and conditions associated with the wellness plans that pet owners should be aware of, and that not all health concerns might be covered under the standard monthly fee. The reviewer's contemplation of switching to a different Banfield or taking chances with their dog's eye issue highlights a potential area of dissatisfaction.
Furthermore, the second review also points out a negative experience with a specific front desk staff member, describing a "young lady with the long black hair" as "really unhelpful and mostly just rude." This feedback underscores the importance of customer service in the overall experience of a pet hospital. While the quality of medical care is paramount, interactions with administrative staff can significantly impact a pet owner's perception of the facility.
Considering these reviews, it appears that Banfield Pet Hospital in Burlington, WA, generally provides high-quality veterinary care, particularly through their optimal wellness plans and the expertise of some of their veterinarians. However, like any service provider, there can be inconsistencies in customer service and potential limitations in the scope of their wellness plans. It is crucial for pet owners considering Banfield to inquire about the specifics of their wellness plans, understand what is covered, and communicate openly with the staff regarding any concerns.

Mar 26, 2025 · LasVegas RaiderJohnSo most of the staff here are really great. Most of them. If not for Dr Samson I would probably go to a different Banfield. I really question why I pay a monthly fee for my dogs when I can't bring one of them here for a small health issue. I guess I can either go to a different Banfield or just take my chances with my dogs eye. The young lady with the long black hair that works the front desk often is really unhelpful and mostly just rude.
Jan 31, 2025 · Ray NaborsHorrible at scheduling! Booked a neutering appointment for my cat two months ahead of time only for them to call me two weeks ahead of time to ask if they could bump it to sooner and I said no because I had already requested the time off to be able to drop my cat off and pick him up and make sure he’s okay afterwards. Then A WEEK before my appointment now they call and tell me they’re unable to do it the day that was scheduled because now the doctor isn’t available. Horribly frustrating and incompetence on their part! No care for other people’s time and circumstances, if I’m paying you monthly then the least your business should be able to do is uphold appointments.
Feb 13, 2025 · Kale GrenzThis clinic failed to uphold their own Fear Free mandatory training. They will make your pets more anxious to meet a bottom line and that’s disgusting. If you have anxious/reactive pets I recommend the Lacey location if you can make the drive, they treat you and your pets with endless compassion unlike Burlington. Y’all should be embarrassed.
Feb 23, 2025 · Stephanie RilleyThe staff is incredible. My older dog has trauma and is very afraid of strangers. Banfield staff has been more than accommodating to us by having us in the room with our pup during exams. I'll stand over my pup and hug him while the nurse gives him treats so the doctor can do their work. I am so grateful to have such a compassionate team providing my best friend with the support he needs. Both of my older dogs are on the special care plan, and it has saved us thousands of dollars. If you are looking for a new vet, please visit them. Attached below is a pic of my handsome boy at his last visit. He needed to be sedated for his x-ray, and the doctor let me sit in an exam room with him while he slowly passed out. He is anxious, and having me there to comfort him made both of us more comfortable. Thank you, Banfield!
