Banfield Pet Hospital

First time visiting Banfield with my new cat. Dr. Coyle and the employees were wonderful. They treated my cat with gentle hands and were very caring. I appreciate that they were transparent with cost prior to services. Dolly says thank you!!

My experience has always been a positive one. The office staff are friendly and attentive. The iffice is clean. And my cavapoo Teddy loves to go to the vet because he gets a lot of love. ❤️❤️

Today my mother and I had to visit this Banfield site to get medicine for her Cavapoo puppy because the site we normally go to was closed on Sunday. We were greeted with 2 of the nicest ladies. They talked to us and answered all of our questions. They made us feel at home. So much so that we are both transferring our dogs to this site. I’m not sure of the one woman’s name but the one lady’s name is Emma. Thank you to you both for such a nice experience! I can’t imagine the care my dog will receive !🙂

I have never had a single bad experience here and I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years! They treat them like family, always make sure they’re comfortable and are so kind and patient. Love it here 🤍

I want to say a special thank you to the team here. They treat my baby boy like one of their own. Dr.Lombardo is the kindest and most empathetic vet I have ever met. This woman has walked such a long path with me to get answers to some odd blood tests. She cas cosulted out for me and made God knows how many phone calls and done God only knows how much research. Never have I ever felt rushed when speaking with her. She is a calming presence! She also completely understands and never judges when I'm crying over my baby (#anxiousmom). She always answers every single question clearly and will absolutely confirm it with me when im saying "we are confident in that right, it's not ___" Thank you Dr.Lombardo! Another special thank you to Marisa. She knows my baby boy well! The moment she walked into the exam room she told the other tech and even the front desk staff anyone near by how good of a boy my baby is! She just praised him the whole time! It warmed my heart more than there are words to express. I know that I know how good he is but it really made me smile that OTHERS know my sweet boy so well. It helped make me feel better while I was stressing waiting on new test results. I'd say it's the little things but honestly that wasn't little to me that was a huge thing. In general the amount of empathy and kindness everyone has shown me is unbelievable. They've never just pointed me in the right direction they have full on walked me through step by step. I am never alone when it comes to my babies care and it means the world. Thank you all! 2 pictures of the sweet baby attached!
