Dr. Armstrong and the whole team has been wonderful with my fur baby. He was a shelter pet with some issues but a very good boy. He does not like going to the vet but I know the team always welcomes him with joy and he leaves a happy boy.

Front desk were super helpful when our appointment didn’t show in their system due to a technology glitch. However, instead of turning us away, the receptionist went out her way to make sure my doggy was seen for his nail infection. The veterinarian was also nice, professional and informative when it came to my dog’s infection as well as other physical issues she addressed and made me aware of. I would recommend bringing your animal here for good and friendly care.

Prices are outrageous $100 to send your Fecal out to check it for worms. They come out to tell you they see build up in the ears that it might me an ear infection but need to test cost an extra $50. These are Vet’s they already know what it is. They see thousands of pets. They just want to experiment and charge $$ plus meds an extra $120. I had already taken my puppy to have her puppy visit got her first shots, dewormer, cap star, prevention for $150. They are a corporation and need to sell packages to keep these places open. Half the staff has no idea what they are doing.

**Update** I have taken a screen shot after writing review while still on hold.. this was sadly expected since the last few times were around 2 hours and 2.5.. almost an 8 hour shift combined to cancle with all the attempts.... you can't cancel. Count the loss and search elsewhere.... although the Mrs. I spoke to was very helpful. This does not change my view and personal experience with Banfield... my buisness, family buisness, relatives will know to never use your services. Wish you the best. The workers at the front desk treated us well when we did visit in 2024 of April... it's not on them but on banfield as a whole. After reading other reviews I should have made a wiser decision to search elsewhere.... . Do not purchase pet plan. Do not fall for scare tactics. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FOR OVER 4 MONTHS. VERY BUSY TO GET THE RUN AROUND! Once this garbage plan is complete we will never recommend Banfield ever! I have not used thier services since April or May and it was for Spading. I have never went back, I attempted to cancel MULTIPLE TIMES. Just have been paying and paying and paying. Been on hold for over 2 hours to be hung up on, and AS OF RIGHT NOW I AM ATTEMPTING AGAIN TO CANCLE. PHONE TIME IS 1:16:57.... not kidding. Save yourself the hassle. Go else where don't get trapped. I work long hours as most do and tried going in to cancle and was giving the number to call... bull crap. Stay away . I've been dealing with this for months... LITERAL MONTHS...Crap call center crap "call back" crap experience NEVER AGAIN

Do not get the Banfield “insurance” or OWP. If your pet is sick you will still end up with a bill which will shock you. If your pet is sick over the weekend, good luck finding a Banfield which is open (they are closed on the weekend). Getting this so called insurance we thought our pet will be taken care of in sick times but that was a mistake!
