Banfield Pet Hospital

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet hospital! Me and my fiance just adopted a puppy “Daisy” and she had to have her da2pp (distemper/parvo) booster today. We came in expecting to pay just the vaccine. Our vet tech was Katie and she’s the BESTTTTT. She explained to us thoroughly and truthfully about the wellness plan and saved us so much money today! And it includes dna testing for the puppy package. Whaaattttt. Me and my fiance were going to do that when we had the money but its included with the Banfield wellness plan (for puppies). Our baby had more than just her da2pp booster and saved us so much in a very very tight budget right now. So now I only have to worry about a monthly fee instead of paying hundreds for vaccines, exams, testing, etc. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! Daisy has been feeling great :)

I’m only leaving one star because zero isn’t an option. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO DO SURGERY ON YOUR PETS!!!!! Had my dog spayed the Friday after Christmas 2024. We dropped off a healthy, happy dog. We picked up a very sick dog. Vomitting, diarrhea, won’t eat. Had to take her back on Monday. They gave her iv fluids and sent her home after charging us almost $300 more.. Conditions worsened and we ultimately had to take her to an emergency vet. $1600 later, they said we needed to take her back to Banfield for mor fluids (they were not a 24 hour vet). Dropped her off this morning at Banfield after picking her up from emergency vet. They are now charging me ANOTHER $300 for treating THEIR BOTCHED SURGERY!! I’m having to take her to yet another vet this afternoon to see just how bad the situation is. I’m waiting until after we’re through this nightmare to consult an attorney about recovering the money this has cost. I just hope we don’t lose our dog due to Banfield’s incompetence.

We love Dr Fendley here! We have a dog that’s had some issues with seizures and she’s always been available for questions and last minute appointments. Everyone at the front desk is always very nice.

Banfield is a wonderful facility. The staff and doctors are very welcoming and pleasant, my dog won’t let anyone near him, he now only allows there doctors to touch him. I was sold at that point. We love Banfield and would recommend them to all pet lovers that I know 💕

As an older dog mom, I am super cautious of where I take my Sasha (14 year old Lab/Pit Mix). We moved to the area in August, and I went to Buford Banfield- but felt like a number. Dr Mindy called me with my fur baby’s findings and a recommended pain treatment plan. She didn’t rush the conversation, she answered all my questions, and honestly made me feel like Sasha was truly being cared for. I am so grateful for the Dr’s advice and recommendations and look forward to using Bethlehem Banfield for many more years. Thanks for taking your time with my sweet girl! Would highly recommend this location if you want a vet that truly cares about your animal 🐶
