Me and my cat had a great experience there. Dr. Holmes and the lady who assisted (I will try to update with her actual name) were both very warm, kind and patient. I will be going back with my other cats when needed. The entire staff was very nice.

Mar 06, 2025 · Debbie CastellanosI put one star because I had no choice. I couldn’t put zero stars. OK. Today I took my dog in for a checkup because he had a been limping. I was told that my dog was going to get an x-ray and it would cost $80. hey turned around and charge me $800 for 4 views and sedation (which the multiple views and sedation should have been included in the estimate). Then they added insult to injury when they assumed that I had misunderstood the price situation. Otherwise, my dog was well cared for. The take away is to thoroughly review the estimated costs before leaving your pet in Bansfeild’s veterinary care. This felt like a classic bait and switch.
Mar 01, 2025 · jorge wekslerIf I could give 0 stars I would, I recently took my 2 week old kitten in for an exam worried about the rib structure and overall health of the kitten and a week later my kitten passed away. When I brought in my kitten they did nothing to help but did a exam but feeling and looking at the kitten and checked with the stethoscope, no weight, no temp check, no ultrasound.
Feb 27, 2025 · Christine EricksonWe have a large dog who has anxiety which can make him aggressive. Especially when it’s time to cut his nails. The techs the clipped them this time were so professional and did an excellent job. I’ve never had any issues or bad experiences here and we’ve been coming to the Trinity location since he was 8 wks old, he is now 4. They have patience, & shows empathy towards your pets.
Sep 25, 2024 · Gina LombardiI took my 6 year old doodle in for an acute limp at the end of December. We had rested her for over a week with no improvement. On arrival I noted my concerns and asked about imaging bc we had already done rest. The vet tech told me “the doctor probably won’t do that today plus it’s around $700 to get X-rays”. She took the dog to the room and I was not allowed to accompany her to her exam. After her evaluation, I was told that it was arthritis and to start her on an anti inflammatory. I attempted to advocate for my pup, stating that she was very active and this was extremely unusual for her limp this long after over a week of rest. There was no other discussion. They anchored on arthritis and they were not going to move from that diagnosis. I made an appt to another vet the following week who walked into the room and said “I saw her walk in- she has a CCL injury” (dog ACL tear). She had TPLO surgery yesterday and it was confirmed that she had a full tear and a meniscal injury. Do better and don’t blow off a patients concerns. Also we are several years out from Covid and maybe it’s time to start allowing families back to the exam room.
