I found a place where I feel comfortable taking Lucy! They helped with everything and explained everything. Clean atmosphere an welcoming.

Ive only been in twice so far with my new puppy but so far everyone Ive encountered has been very warm, caring and helpful.

I had my first vet appointment here today. The staff are lovely! The front desk workers, the nurse who took care of us and the doctor as well. Everyone's so personable and informative. The nice front desk man whose name I forgot to get and the nurse who took care of my kitten took the time to explain things, break down my prices and options and explained things again to make sure I understood! For that im incredibly grateful. In addition to that, the space -- both the office and appointment room -- are very calm, cozy, clean, and well organized. Plus the appointment room is full of additional informative pamphlets and stuff which was really nice too. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they have a scratching post and little hide-y space for the kitties in the cat appointment room! I'd happily go back to them again and recommend them!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment over the phone. The front desk employee was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Her snide remarks and lack of professionalism made it clear she does not enjoy her job. It felt like I was being an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I haven’t even been to the location yet, but based on this interaction, I’ll avoid calling in the future and use the website instead. Definitely not a good first impression.

We went to the Laurel office for the bloodwork done for our Loki, we have had an issue with finding a vet and the clinic that we are comfortable with. I believe we found it here now, Dr. Chaudhry, the tech and offices ladies were very nice, professional and fast service. Dr. Chaudhry explained everything to us about our pup and made us feel better about the care. Thank you so much for everything, the Laurel office team, we will see you for the next time. And I saw the shoes/sneakers, Doc was wearing, it's so important to me, how comfortable the shoes doctors are wearing, shows a person's unique set of characteristics, how much care they can give to others. It's just my thought. Thanks again.
