Banfield Pet Hospital

I love Banfield, all staff and vets are amazing. Very professional and kind. Chloe has four years with the Wellness plan (since she had 8 wks old) and my experience has been great. They take excellent care of her health and all my doubts and concerns are attended with compassion and empathy. If I need to see the vet, the front desk always find a spot for my baby. I need to mention Stephanie of Lakeland, she's the best!

This location put our dog under general anesthesia today without consent and for no reason. The Cumming Georgia location also misdiagnosed an infection in another one of our dogs resulting in severe staph infection. I have reached out to Corporate and need an immediate response. This is shameful, malpractice, and illegal. And still zero contact two weeks later. Nothing. Completely unacceptable and this is malpractice. Banfield are you going to contact me? You of course have my info. Next up complaint with state of Florida.

My toy poodle Murphy was there on 9/30 went there he was coughing all night and throwing up ! Mind you I have pet insurance which doesn’t even cover anything which I canceled since my poor dog will not been going there anymore!! 500 dollars later he was never treated for his coughing all they did was run some test and changed his food! The next day still coughing very weak o call and the vet that attended him was off I asked for a call back since I couldn’t miss another day at work and still no answer! I will never recommend this place all they want is your money don’t care about your pet at all. Sad sad 😢

I’m never coming here again. Everytime I arrive here there is always something wrong. The staff’s communication is so off that they lost my pets fecal test when i returned the day after the appointment to drop it off and then told me they had no idea what happened & tired to get me to deworm my cat for a second time in one month because of their mishap. Then I called to see if I needed to pay for an appointment the day before & the staff told me no I didn’t but when I arrived they wanted me to pay out of pocket because my account was on hold. The staff should’ve communicated that to me the day before when I called so I can be prepared as a pet parent. I canceled my appointment and membership because I have had it with this place. I will find somewhere else to take my babies.

Very happy with the staff. I had two emergencies at two different days and on both days, they helped put me at ease. They always take care of my Fur Baby Milo! What a way to end 2024! Happy New Year!!!
