Over priced, incompetent vets, it's all about the money for them. I pay a 100 dollars a month for insurance and they still charge me for my dog needing anal gland expression. You think it would be included. Just last year it was $15, now $45. I am discontinuing my service! You think after 10 years, there would be some kind of loyalty discount.

Ok make sure change ur view to "Newest" Banfield is the worst. To expensive and ther plans do not cover anything needed all the time. There vet's are trained to push meds for extra money. They are better salesman than vets. I have them do a dental treatment every year and this time I don't even think they did it. After the appointment my dog still had tartar on his teeth. Took him to another vet who said there was no teeth cleaning done and pointed out the tartar. Watch right after this review the owner will post to contact customer service but they don't do a thing. Also, you will notice a good review right after a bad on to keep there reviews high. They used to be good when I first started, but there just money hungry now. If your new they will seem good until they got you in there grasp and start taking advantage. Just wait!

Our beloved cat, Fudgeman, passed away on Sunday. I called 7:10 am Monday to see about arrangements for cremation. I was greeted with understanding and compassion. The options and pricing were clearly explained, and I was informed that I could stop by immediately. When I arrived, the process was very easy to complete, and the receptionist offered her condolences. I would recommend this business to fellow pet owners.

the reviews here is so disappointing to see. at first, like many others, i was afraid to bring my fur baby here. i decided to try them out since i had an emergency and couldn’t get an appointment with my regular vet. i was not disappointed. they were friendly and informative from the start. i felt relieved to know that my fur baby was in good hands and believe me… I have trust issues lol. anyways, i rated five stars because they handled my appointment and my baby well. they checked up on her, fed her while i was away, gave me the remaining of her food to take home, and took the time to recommend what i should feed my fur baby when this is my first time EVER owning a cat. they answered all my questions and suggested the best thing for her (my kitten). the amount is definitely affordable, especially coming from a broke college student. anyways thank you Banfield team… for putting my mind at ease and helping my lil baby. i will DEFINITELY be coming back soon.

My sister's dog passed away last night. I called this morning to inquire about having her cremated. I spoke with Brenda, who was so kind. The minute she realized why I called she was just so supportive and helpful. When we brought the pet in, she was so sweet to my sister. Thank you Brenda. You are awesome.
