Banfield......where they care nothing about your pet. It's all about the dollar signs here. My little girl is so sick and they want 450 for office visit and simple blood work. That has nothing to do with medication. I asked what I could do for her and they just said I should have bought there insurance but they don't cover pre existing conditions and the I surance was also very very expensive. No concern for my little girl cat who is part of this family. So please, go some place else if your trying to save your pet. Hope this helps the next person from waisting thousands with these people only to watch my cat suffer. I'm response to the owner....... After spending a thousand dollars there already only to watch her get sick you can guarantee that this post is staying up. And I will add a picture of my such cat next. People needed to know about your policies and that there all about money. You want to make a difference, start truly caring for the animals that come your way

Jan 29, 2025 · Thomas LWe've been going to this Banfield for about a year now after going to other ones in Round Rock and Cedar Park. This one by far is the best. Every time we've had to take our cats in, they are have been patient and kind. They treat our girls with respect and always take time to listen to my concerns and help explain anything myself or my fiance don't understand. One of our cats is very scared of the vet, and at a different Banfield, we felt like they were rushing and annoyed that she needed to be handled with a little more patience. This has never been an issue here. Every doctor we've seen (most recently Dr. Hekel) has treated her with kindness and understanding. One of the vet techs (I missed her name, I'm so sorry I did!) was even happy when she was still spicy when she was brought in when she was sick because she said that's how we knew she'd be OK. Everyone at this location I have encountered loves animals and takes great care of them. Thank you so much!
Nov 17, 2024 · Rebecca McManamyBy far the best banfield in Austin but quickly downhill. I erased my 5 star review with tech and vet, after today's neglect from manager Jen.
Dec 03, 2024 · Becky TaMy wife had this cat since 2003. The previous veterinarian gave her a guesstimated age of six at that time. That would make her 22yrs at her time of death. I truly appreciate the exceptional care that we received during our visit; from the front desk lady, and all the way up to the doctor, (I can’t remember her name but she’s young and Asian). The kids, wife and I painted rocks and placed under a indoor plant for a small memorial. About 2wks later we received a very thoughtful card from all of the staff, AND a paw print. Sweetest thing ever. If I ever had a question, concern or, whatever about our new companion, I’d be calling them. 10/10*********
Oct 03, 2019 · Philip HooperI liked the wellness plan at first. They helped me say goodbye to my dog Boomer. Then kept billing me for his wellness program after he died. Even emails celebrating his birthday. I currently have a three year old husky under the same program. I can get free vaccines and pay for flee and tick myself.
