Banfield Pet Hospital

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the line to make an appointment at the Howell Mill location. As a paying member of the wellness plan for now 2 years it’s extremely frustrating! I have now been calling 4 days straight to schedule an appointment for my pet. They pick up, put you on hold and never return. I have waited up to 20 minutes. If you call back they don’t answer. This isn’t the first time I have to drive to the location to speak with someone. AWFUL!

My review is based solely on scheduling. I scheduled an appointment twice and ended up still canceling and going to another location. The first appt - they were short staffed on Wednesday, but only available again on Friday. I asked for the earliest time because traffic is horrible in the area. I was told I could come at 10:45 for in-room. Received a call Thursday morning saying that this time was too late for a drop off. I confirmed that I wasn’t dropping him off and she said that they could then only do 2:30pm. At that point, I just asked to cancel. Too much back and forth and clearly things aren’t being communicated internally. I was able to schedule easily at the midtown location.

This is by far the WORST Banfield Pet Hospital in the city! The customer service is horrible!! You wait forever to be seen and the they aren't even thorough. The manager Tonya is incompetent and needs to retire!! Waste of $ and Time!

New doctor deny my furbaby from getting his flea and heartworm med from chewy. Five years never had a problem with Banfield fax chewy authorization to ship me the med. I started to cancel his wellness plan but instead he will be going another banfield with high rating

Every time I took my dog ​​on visits I had to pay something even though I had a plan and they charge an absurd amount to cancel the plan. The assistants are terrible and don't know how to communicate with customers!
