Apr 22, 2025 · Trixie SugayDr. Hackney is the absolute best vet ever! She cares for our fur babies, Lumi & Leila, with a lot of attention and love and they love her back. We trust Dr. Hackney 100% and she always has their best interest. When making appointments, we go out of our way to make sure that our babies are seen by Dr. Hackney and a note was put in our file that she is the doctor we prefer. Banfield and all her patients are very lucky to have her and we are lucky to have found her. Dr. Hackney is so sweet and attentive and when she is explaining, she does it very thoroughly and in detail. We give our babies 110% every day to make sure that they get the best of the best for everything so Dr. Hackney is obviously in line with that. We know that Lumi and Leila are in the best care possible and our anxiety and worry are lessened. Dr. Hackney is one of those vets who truly care about and loves her patients. Thank you Dr. Hackney for everything you do!
Feb 18, 2025 · Shavena LewisI’ve been using Banfield for my dogs for over ten years and they have really started slipping. It’s hard to get through to them, the phone just rings and rings any day I call. On my dog’s last appointment I dropped him off at 7:30a for a teeth cleaning but they called me at 2p to tell me they wouldn’t have time to do it after all. I like the vets and vet techs here but it seems like the company has overloaded their workers causing issues like these.
Apr 29, 2025 · Amy SlyThey left my dog, who is older with a heart murmur, in pain after a teeth cleaning without removing the cracked tooth and there excuse was the do extractions now in a separate procedure. Normally vets do cleaning and extractions in one procedure but Banfield is now pushing people to put their pets under anesthesia twice if they have the dental plan so they profit more. They pushed my dog to suffer for months because he shouldn’t go under anesthesia twice due to his age and heart. I explicitly asked about his extractions and they never told me they wouldn’t do it in the same procedure.they are disgusting.
Mar 21, 2025 · RoxannePoor service. Had a comp exam for my dog. He was in his kennel from 10 - 4 PM. Nobody took him out to pee the entire time. I could tell, because when I took him out, he pee'd a lot when he was outside. Also, we were charged $4/pill for antibiotic pills. Someone's making a good markup.
