They just want you to pay for their monthly subscription/plan for your pet. My husband found a cat on a job site and brought her home because she was hungry. We weren’t in a place financially where we were ready for a pet, but she was a stray and our hearts went out to her so we kept her. I brought her here and they immediately tried to get me signed up for their monthly plan for $60 a month. I told them i could only do what had to be done because we couldn’t afford more and they kept trying to add things still. I ended up just doing two vaccines and an exam. one of the vaccines required a booster though and they said i just had to bring her back in for the booster but when i brought her back they charged me a second exam fee. They said if you don’t have their plan every visit requires an exam and an exam fee. absolutely ridiculous. she had an exam three weeks ago, and she just had to get the booster for one of the vaccines she got. not to mention, they said nothing about that second exam fee when they told me to bring her back in for the booster. they clearly don’t want to help people who have compassion on animals, they just want money. Will not be going again.

Based on care provided for my cats from September 2011-April 2014, I would recommend this place. They saved my cat’s life at one point, and I had him almost six more years. I have no idea if the same vets are still there, but we will always be grateful for the extra time we got with our giant kitty.

Super friendly staff and great care for our girls. Love the fact that one can also do drop off appointments, lets us get things done while our fluffs are being taken care of.

Service is great, but why does it take so long for everything to be done! I'm in an appointment today for general well-being. Been waiting in a room for vaccines for over 30 minutes. Already had been waiting for 30 additional minutes for staff to call me. It's worse than visiting a human clinic!! Time is money folks. If you call appoint me for 3pm, why after 4:15 am I still waiting??

I've taken my dog there twice, and I wont be going back. The first visit cost us $500 total, and then today the vet indicated that the drugs they'd prescribed weren't even working for my dog. They don't let you go back with your dog, so as we sat in the waiting room, we could distinctly hear our dog screaming. On top of that, my dog looked normal when she went in, but when she came out her left ear was literally on the side of her head and she kept shaking it and scratching it. We went in for routine booster vaccines, so we brought this up when the Vet came out. At first she denied that anything was amiss, but as she watched our dog scratch and shake her ear, she then offered to look at her ears again, because the dogs behavior was not normal. We'll be taking her somewhere else. Both times we've been there, we've been sketched out.
