This hospital missed diagnosed my poor kitty and I had to put him down today because they never did a real exam. They advertise these free visits but don't give your pet a exam. They just look at them and guess what's wrong then have you paying for medicine. Run from this place if you love your animals especially if you don't have the funds to pay when they offered a free visit coupon. I see a lot of reviews on how their pet was treated mines was treated like a stray off the streets when he's been a inside cat since he was 8 weeks old. I bet if my skin and my cats fur complexion was a lighter shade we would have gotten treated differently.

I brought my sweet pup in to the Clearwater location on a Saturday because I was concerned about a cough he just started having. He was seen within a short amount of time because I was concerned he was having trouble breathing. Fortunately it turned out to be something common that I hadn’t experienced with him before, but not life threatening. Thank you all for making space in your busy schedule to see my pup.

Today was an extremely difficult day, but I want to thank the receptionist at this location. It was my 15 year old cat’s day to cross the rainbow bridge, and I called 2 locations before this and everyone was full. Instead of just saying “sorry we’re full and I can’t view other stores” she took it upon herself to call the other locations for me so that I could care for my cat while she needed me. They were able to squeeze me in at an Oldsmar location, where we received extremely gentle and kind patient-care services from all staff. Mama and I appreciate you all.
