Banfield Pet Hospital

Absolute scam. I used Banfield one time for a puppy I was fostering. We had one visit and he was given one deworming treatment. I cancelled the plan after he was adopted a month later. Banfield then said I had to pay over $500 to cancel to make up for that ONE treatment. They have since changed their story saying I now owe them for a years worth of their plan (over $1000). I paid monthly for 6 months until my autopay was shut off BY THEM. And now they’re threatening to hurt my credit over it. I’ve paid HUNDREDS for a treatment that costs $20. I hope Banfield gets exposed for clinging on to pet lovers’ desire to give their pets the best by gouging them. I’ll never EVER recommend Banfield.

Absolutely love this place and their people! Just got a kitten and the wellness plan is a MUST! I have a few family members aswell that take their animals there too and they all love it. Our animals are always taken care of and are as least stressed as they can be with going to a vet! Super helpful staff. Some bad reviews Ive read are not a great reflection of this place. But I understand people are more sensitive when it comes to their pets so they judge harshly. I can tell they readily care for my baby!

Dont take you pet here .. this place failed and my dog suffered because of there incompetence . i took my dog to them to have a tumor the size if a rice crispy to be removed from her lower eyelid . 3 days later its the size of a dime all infected green puss leaking from it. call them to have dr look at it . Cant get appt they tell me to go to another location which is 30 miles further away .then they call back and say they can see her i drive 15 miles about half way there and get a call and they say dr has to leave and cant see my dog but if i take a pic and send it to them they will give meds free of charge , Turns out dr failed to give ointment and antibiotics after surgery .only pain meds that i thought were antibiotics fails to say on bottle what they are ..so i drive again all the way there to get meds .had to go to another vet not banfield and they cleaned up the eyelid and fixed the botched mess this place did . and if the owner puts there comment below to apologize maybe they should pay the vet bill that i paid to get this hack job fixed. this place is a joke. not worth the one star but you have to give one to post

Employees are RUDE! Being a citizen with a disability and could use assistance, not someone loudly commanding I weigh my dog properly and you are the Employee? I'll go somewhere else! Numerous pets, Maggie, Lucy, Cooper and Duke. Years going to this vet and no problems, until today.

Doctor was very kind and willing to answer any questions. However, the front desk staff could not get appointment times right. We do not live close enough to drive all the way there and then be told our appointment is not on their schedule, when I had just confirmed it a day prior. Disappointing but will be taking our puppy elsewhere.
