Dr. Kelly and her technician are great. I appreciate their attention to my dog. My dog went in for a dental cleaning appointment initially. I mentioned my concerns of two cysts on his body when checking in. Dr. Kelly was able to remove cysts and clean the teeth in the same appointment. It saved me time to bring him back again. She called me several times to discuss my dog's condition during the procedures. She informed me the abnormal number on the blood work report before anesthesia and explained the pathology report and the future plan. She is knowledgeable and professional when answering all my questions.

Feb 08, 2025 · Elissa YDr. Carela has been really friendly and great to my baby! She’s very patient and helpful. I don’t know about the rest of the whole front desk team….they’re on and off sometimes when I called and tried to address my concerns. But Tori has definitely been very professional and nice when we were on the phone and checked in at the vet. Keep up the good work, y’all! Thank you for being such professional and friendly to us.
Feb 26, 2025 · Anh VuNo complaints. Friendly front desk staff. Vets and techs are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good location. It is our go-to vet now. Would definitely recommend.
May 08, 2025 · JimToday after 9 years I walk away as a customer. Too many times I have been given misinformation and there is ZERO care or concern for customer retention- Complete lack of empathy and willingness to find a resolution. Still waiting on a call back from the Practice manager for over 6 months. The team desperately needs customer service training but I would highly recommend it NOT coming from their own leadership as the problems clearly start from the top. Shame.
Apr 02, 2025 · Amanda JamesMisdiagnosed, lied to and dismissed. My dog has been suffering with a skin issue for months. We thought we finally got a solid answer when he was diagnosed with ringworm using a special light. I then opted to pay $159 to find out what type of ringworm in order to treat it orally, instead of topically because it wasn’t resolving the issue. A week later I had to call back to get the results. The receptionist gave the run of the mill “no news is good news.” Confused I told her that we were waiting to see what type. She then told me he is negative!? So I paid for a test he didn’t need, paid for a shampoo he didn’t need, unnecessarily treated him topically and cancelled Christmas travel plans. When I asked to be refunded the test amount I was treated like a total Karen and was told I’d receive a call from the regional vet within 2 days. I never heard from anyone. They literally don’t care… *Update: responded to owners request, never heard back.
