Banfield is the most caring, loving always concerned veteran hospital ever 馃ぉ. The staff and doctors are wonderful, they have always gave great care to my two babies Zeus and Zoee they love on them as if they were there own. They keep you updated with your babies appointments, and when your appointment is over with, the doctor goes over everything with you to make sure you know what was done and if there is anything extra that needs to be done they inform you of it. I would not take my babies any where else Thanks Banfield hospital and staff we love you all 馃グ Sheila Milan

Bailey places you on hold and then hangs up on you. I had to leave in the middle of my work schedule to resolve an issue that they made because we were hung up on twice. When I raised a concern I was told there is no notes on my account? The lack of communication and hang ups is very disheartening and now I鈥檓 locked into a contract.

We received zero calls, mailers, or email attempts to resolve the issue, and were told when we went to book our next appointment that they turned our account over to collections. Could have been resolved in minutes with a simple phone call. Insanity.

I have had the wonderful care of wonderful veterinarians that are thorough and knowledgeable! The staff is always friendly, extremely thoughtful and as well as efficient when scheduling or calling with a question! Thankful for their time, care and knowledge of my pets
