My dog has been coming here for 7years. Dr. Han has been taking excellent care of my dog and going the extra miles in the expert care she provides. Recently, my dog should have had its teeth extracted. One of the teeth had a root that was very difficult to extract; it was a time-consuming task, but Dr. Han did not hesitate to put in the time, energy, and effort to do her best to remove it without harming the dog. She also did a great job of post-procedure recovery care. I think she truly loves and devotes herself to pet patients because I saw she treated my dog with love and my dog also liked her. The office staffs were friendly; the receptionists did well what I asked for.

Average Vets- basic information give and care. Depends on the Vet too. They judge you based on the high number of animals they see. People please be mindful, in this area all minorities are not poor or struggling financially. Heard of the term “Middle Class Millionaires”? its a real thing. Stop assuming, even though most of us are very inconspicuous😉

I brought both my kittens into get their shots and the spay and neutered. The doctors did an excellent job. My fur babies healed up very quickly. Plus they have a wellness package that is totally affordable. I definitely recommend this pet hospital to anyone. The receptionist are amazing and so very very sweet. I'm so glad I choose this place to trust with my babies.

After being told the soonest my home Banfield could see my dog, was in a week and the Gaithersburg Banfield was booked until the end of the month, The Germantown Banfield recognized immediately my dog had an emergency and got her right in. Dr. Miller and Dr. Kim were right on top of the situation, and performed life saving surgery the same day. What a wonderful experience ❤

I've been taking my fur baby here for 5 years. Never had any issues overall. They take good care of my baby. It can be difficult to get them on the phone but when I leave a message they're good about returning my call.

Took my baby for dental and comp, everything came out great soul was on cloud 9 for a day but next day he was back to normal I’m always appreciative of Banfield for all the hard work they do from receptionist to the vet doctors.
