Banfield Pet Hospital

The staff at Banfield Tomball is truly amazing!! Dr. Ortiz & Lena were gentle and assured my pet was in great hands. Thank you also to Liz & Raquel. You ladies rock.

While they checked my dog out thoroughly they did not at all go over pricing. Perfectly fine, with a tummy bug, they charged 550.00 and that did NOT include food. Absolutely will not go back. Ridiculously over priced and NOT transparent.

I've had an account for 7 years and it's the first time I've had such a horrible experience. Yesterday I made an appointment for 3:30 pm because one of my dogs has blood in her poop, it's happened to her once before and I know it's not an emergency but I did need the appointment as soon as possible and I also don't want to drop off. They just called me that the doctor leaves at 4 pm and that I needed to take her at 12:30 pm for drop off, plus I live like an hour away, they shouldn't be making appointments if they can't, appointments are so people can make plans. It's the first time I've been to this location but obviously I never make an appointment again and also reading people's experiences they should close this location.

Love the vets in Tomball, as well as the staff who check me in. Not easy finding a place to take care of your babies especially coming into a new state. Also the wellness plan they have are super helpful!

Dr. Ortiz was wonderful and showed genuine care for my dog, which I truly appreciated and would recommend her for her compassion and expertise. However, the overall experience with the establishment was extremely frustrating due to a lack of communication and organization. The complications made what should have been a smooth process far more stressful than necessary.
