The staff at this place are great. I have nothing bad to say about them. Friendly and willing to go above and beyond. There is a female who works the front desk and wears glasses that has a phenomenal customer service skills. I wish I knew her name but she needs some recognition with helping me with a situation. Major kudos to her.

I took Franny & Zena to get groomed today and they both look really good. Zena could've used a little more hair cut down around her face but I'm sure she was too fiesty to let them do it. Overall, I was satisfied.

Vet Mansoor and his team were great helping a dog I found injured, they even taught me how to care for his wounds. Ever since, that dog has made a full recovery and now Buddy is my new lifelong friend.

It was a bit off-putting to bring my precious fur-baby here during such a tough time and it being located inside Petsmart. I had to put my love to sleep and was wanting a more warm atmosphere like many other vets I've gone to. However, the doctor and young lady staff assistant were very kind, warm and caring during such a tough time. Nothing was rushed, they gave me all the time i needed and answered any questions I had. I truly appreciate their kindness.

They say actions are better than words. When the people at this location say they treat your pet like it’s their own family, they truly mean it. From the warm welcome as if they were greeting an old friend, to the patience understanding of the doctor, it’s all so warm. I truly appreciate the people that took care of my dog. Even with how unruly she can be, they all took heir time with her to deliver the best care they could offer. So thank you Sam for greeting us with a smile. Thank you Melissa for being eager to wrestle her and get covered in fur. And Thank you DVM Martinez for listening to my concerns. No one is perfect but this location is definitely worth the try!
