I went to Banfield with Phoenix for hr 7 years of life. If you are looking for long-term or even short-term vet care. The veterinarians are all truly caring and 100% dedicated to your pets care, as are the nurses and techs. The front desk associates are friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend

We recently moved 2 hours away from our old Banfied. We have the Wellness Plan and we're welcomed with open arms (and treats) at this Banfield Hospital! Thank you all for making Rascal feel so comfortable, that she did NOT shake or whine at all! After she got her Exam, she usually trys to get far away! Instead, she made friends with the new Vet, Assistant (who got on the floor with her) and even the cashier! For the first time in her 4 years, she didn't whine to leave! Instead, we walked the store and she let people pet her. Than you for having a friendly, clean, organized store. I truly appreciate all of the Employees that made our 'trip to the doctor' painless and fun! We are thrilled with THIS Banfield 😀 location!!

I had to bring my dog for urgent care as she fell of the bed. The staff and Dr. We're very compassionate and understanding. I was seen quick, and Daisy was taken care. They have been calling daily to check on her status.

Today visit was honestly disappointing. My dog is having skin issues the doctor that checked on her today barely assess my dog. You asked questions about what can be the cause of my dog skin issues and the “doctor” did not know the answer; however, they love to prescribe overpriced medications and also offer you injections that they don’t know if it will help your dog. How they just recommend and recommend medications when they don’t know what’s going on with my dog.
