Banfield Pet Hospital

We used to bring our pets there before Banfield took over all I know is they were caring and took care of our animals with love, and knowledge now all They care about is sell sell sell and how much money they can make. The last time I went, they tried to sell me after evaluating my dog approximately five vaccinations that I never even heard of and have never given them to any of my dogs In almost 60 years of living with Animals SELL SELL SELL! Oh yeah, I guess I should say the prices went up too.

I am helping a friend get his senior Yorkie back on track with his vaccinations and wellness plans. Dr Moritz was gentle, kind, soft spoken, and reassuring to the dog and me. She provided helpful information about everything a dog owner would like or need to know. Dr Moritz is outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Place took great care of my 2 dogs for years. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The doctor was very kind and comforting when she told me my cats condition was terminal. My little buddy is stable now and on medication for comfort.

We have been using another Banfield for years and when they were not available to help when my dog needed to be put to sleep when her cancer took over, Wonder Lake Banfield stepped in to help us immediately. I cannot tell them how appreciative I am that they helped out while being short staffed on a Saturday at the last minute. Thanks to their help my dog did not have to suffer all weekend until I could get her into my normal vet. The staff was amazing and very courteous. Thank you again for everything!!!!

This place WAS the best. Unfortunately, they have shifted gears. I had the awful experience of having to watch as it took the vet roughly 1.5 hours for my boy to pass. The doctor came in and administered the meds while we held him and waited for his last breath. Well, they must not have placed the needle properly. It took 3 attempts for him to pass. All while my family and I laid there holding our baby as he had no remote clue what was going on, heavily breathing while we were there with him, unsure what to do. The doctor had left the room on multiple occasions during this time to get and administer more meds. To make matters worse, THEY DID NOT MAKE A PAWPRINT IMPRESSION WHICH WAS PAID FOR AHEAD OF TIME! I was met with nothing but excuses....well, unfortunately, I will never get to see my boy's paw print again, and it's THIS PRACTICES FAULT. There was a time that I would call this place the best, but that time has passed. This company's main priority is selling wellness packages...thats all! I'm sure this review will be met with some generic corporate reply template that HR has drafted about how this place strives to provide good care, all lies. They just want to upsell you. It doesn't take much internet research to see what this practices core values are and it's dollars. IF YOU STRIVED TO PROVIDE THE BEST CARE, I WOULD HAVE A PAWPINT RIGHT NOW. Good luck. I honestly hope you get bought by someone who actually cares.

I am grateful that I have a wonderful team of veterinary professionals 7 minutes from my house. Everyone at the clinic cares about the pets and their families. Thanks for always being there when we need you.
