I truly appreciate their dedication to pet health and the personalized attention they gave. I feel confident knowing my dog is in great hands with Banfield!

I love Banfield! I have been going there for a very long time. When I started taking my dogs there, I was able to walk and take them in by myself. Now that I have aged with some health issues, they work with me and come outside to get them. They are very kind. Thank you Banfield 😊. And God bless.

My husband took our puppy for his 4:30 PM veterinary appointment and was met with this crudely slapped-together sign. We did not receive a phone call, a text message, an email, not even a freaking smoke signal to let us know that the appointment was cancelled. My husband had to leave work an hour early and drive all the way out to Avon for absolutely no reason. We will not be trying Banfield again, and shame on the staff for their lack of courtesy.

By far the best experience I’ve had with a banfield location! Dr. Clark was very knowledgeable and super caring of my dog houston! I’ve gotten more answers in one trip to this Avon clinic than I have the past 10 trips to my old clinic! All the staff were super welcoming and upbeat. Will definitely be making the switch to Avon banfield ! Thanks for taking care of my fur baby!🤍

Was initially very hesitant in my search for a new vet, but was really impressed with the Avon location. They were able to get me in the next day when I had unforseen time constraints and were very accommodating of my schedules and concerns. There was some sticker shock on the wellness plan, but has absolutely been worth it.
