If I could give 0 stars I would! My cat got neutered 2 weeks ago and 3 days ago he started vomiting nonstop, he won’t eat, barely drinks, and every day I’ve called the vet I’m told they are too busy and to go elsewhere. So unprofessional. I will never be back again.

I would like to thank the staff at banfield in Roseville for being patient with my big, wild puppy and toddler at our vaccination visit. I appreciate your help and would recommend you anytime!

They were like sales people, not vets/nurses that cared about animals. I brought in vet records from my puppies previous shots, and they told me they were all void, because they were not performed by themselves. Three different people tried to sell us the scam of "pet insurance". While they took my dog somewhere else away from us. It will cost us $600+ if our dog is spayed here. We will be taking our dogs elsewhere. The price would be totally worth it if I knew my dog was in good hands. (Que the automatic reply from the owner that acts like they give a fudge)

If I could give zero stars I would! Very unorganized, management is never available, dropped my dog off at 10 am, I had to go up there personally because no one never called me and when I called, they could provide no answers or put me on hold for over 15 min until I gave up and hung up. I went up to clinic around 5 pm to find out my dog was NEVER seen, looked at, or treated. He was stuck in the cage for all those hours, most likely being completely neglected with no walks, food or water. I was completely sickened and he is now traumatized to go in the car now in fear that is where I am taking him, I'm sure. He is already a very nervous dog we rescued and they were notified of that in our consultation. Absolutely HORRIBLE! You all should be ashamed to call yourselfs animal lovers.
