From the time I call in, the girls that take those in coming calls are wonderful with the greeting and sweet energy, that I can feel over the phone😁 Dr and Back office are so caring, gives me that confidence in the care my pup "X"🐾🐾 will receive even when he stays wo me.. Thx you TEAM and plz keep up the amazing job from beginning to end as well as the follow up calls❤️ You all ROCK and enjoy those treats as their deserved☺️ We'll continue to drive over an hour plus to see you all due to the comfort you provide our pup "X"🐾🐾 and us 🙏🏼 His teeth 🦷 are super clean and he's doing recovering from the anesthesia😁

multiple times they have not done what i asked and had to make a trip back with my dog who is suffering from Valley fever, took him back and they still didnt do what i asked the first time with my concern. placed an appointment with app and for some reason it disappeared, always on hold for a good while. they dnt let your dogs out to go to the bathroom, was told they werent built for that. then why have a pet hospital in that location? not happy and will be cancelling member ship.

Had a 3:00 appointment, I called to ask if it was ok that I was running 10 minutes late as my dog ran out of the house trying to get her in the car. They said they have a 10-15 minute grace period. Walked into the clinic with my very anxious dog and 1 year old child at 3:10 on the dot. The receptionist was on the phone so I waited until she was done which was close to 10 minutes. When she got off the phone she said to ask the nurses if it was still ok to see us. They then asked me to reschedule because I was too late. No regard for the fact that I called ahead and sat there and waited on them for nearly 10 minutes. This is was so upsetting and ridiculous! The communication and follow through on their end needs serious attention. What a joke.

Truly an amazing place. Their love and care is palpable. We trust them for our pets. Gratitude for their health plan that allows us to pay a fraction of the value to run all the screening tests and be reassured regarding the health of our pets.

I brought three of my dogs in for various reasons. The clinic confused one of my dogs for one procedure instead of another. When the dog was handed back to me, they told me that they had done procedure 1. when I told them that they were supposed to do procedure 2 they told me it was my fault for not reading the computer reports that they dumped in my lap while I was trying to hold onto three dogs and sign documents. The procedure that I didn’t want cost me $400. The store manager said that I was at fault.
