Banfield Pet Hospital

We recently took our puppy to Banfield and had a great experience! Our tech was Rose and vet was Dr. Patala. Both were super knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Everyone who we came across in the office was so kind and friendly. All of our questions were answered! Highly recommend

I have taken my Chiweenie to Banfield for 12 years. They also cared for the dog I had before Zee. The professionalism and care that they show my dog is above and beyond. They always call us by name, schedule appointments easily and the veterinarians are attentive, qualified and actually LISTEN! Ronda is a gem and very friendly and helpful. I love Banfield and so does Zee!

Always friendly staff and doctors. The waiting room is small and can get crowded if multiple people are checking their pets in at once. But they do a good job being as quick as possible with checking in and out. They have drop off and appointment options.

We’ve been using the vets at the Conshohocken Banfield hospital for almost 20 years. They, as well as their staff, have always been very professional, caring, and honest about the care of our fur babies. I would like to give a shout out to Rhonda on behalf of are beloved cats: Rodney, and Lexi, as well as our current little guys: Lenny and Penny. Thank you!

This location is a standalone Banfield, which I prefer over the usual ones in Petsmart! It’s clean, fast, and most of the staff are friendly! It is conveniently located and I tend to visit this one more than Plymouth Meeting and KOP. However, I couldn’t give a full five stars because of one receptionist’s attitude towards customers. She is condescending during every interaction, whether it is over the phone or in-person, to both myself and my husband. I’ve been to several locations over the years, am knowledgeable of my plan, and have been a pet owner for decades, but this receptionist at the Conshohocken location is the only Banfield employee I have ever interacted with that talks to customers as if they are unintelligent. I’m not saying receptionists should have a “customer is always right” attitude (they are not, most customers are entitled - especially in 2024) however treat people how YOU would want to be treated, especially since you’re essentially the “face” of the location. Stop talking down to customers. Again, this location is great and the vet techs are awesome!! The vet techs are probably the best part because you can tell how much they care about your pet. It’s just the one receptionist there who feels the need to be extremely condescending to customers.
