They took good care of my dog until it was time to say goodbye. My dog lived for 14 years he was. Mix lab with pit bull and he was at Banfield for 13 years so I have to say it was worth it. They helped me until his last days. They were compassionate with me because it was not easy to put him down. They helped me with all the process and also I decide to cremate my dog 🐶 and I really appreciate it they made the process easier for me. RIP Rocky I will miss you.

My dog has separation anxiety issues. Banfield is VERY caring on how they talk , treat and interact with my boy. I’m very pleased with his care. The Dr. always makes sure to explain everything with Walter’s care. We, Walter and I, love it !!

Pretty much always booked at least a week out. They're "open" on Saturdays, but only on the Saturdays they decide to show up. They did a surgery to remove an abscess on my dog, and then told me they wanted to send off the abscess for samples, doubling the price of surgery. Come to find out they were testing my 8 month old puppy for cancer, because he had a bump where the abscess is. Obviously they came back negative, and they acknowledged that the bump was there but disregarded it. We took our dog to another vet because we couldn't get an appt with Banfield, and they were dumbfounded that Banfield never did any x-rays or anything about his bump. Come to find out, he had ANOTHER abscess, meaning another surgery for the poor dog and more recovery time. On top of all of this, you can only "cancel" the auto-renew on the wellness plan. They still have you on the hook until your plan expires. Save your money.
