The love and compassion shown by this team was and continues to be outstanding. Dr Cook and her team were absolutely amazing when my husband and I had to say goodbye to our precious fur baby. And they continue to be just as wonderful with the fur baby we still have. I appreciate each of them so much and highly recommend them!

Mar 26, 2025 · Leslie HuttoI will say. The care that Mista has received has been great and satisfying. I have referred a lot of dog lovers to Pet Smart.
Jan 29, 2025 · Kenneth MoodyBanfield Hanes Mill Road was a terrible experience. The front desk staff was unorganized and untrained. They did not seem to communicate very well and check-in was chaos. They did not call to confirm services, they basically checked that they completed everything on the wellness plan that was available yet I did not approve any of the services. They did not go over any results and did not give a follow-up call for results. I waited for a pick-up call and never received one to pick them up. I arrived and they had not checked my dogs ears as requested and I was told "You arrived to pick them up, we swabbed the ear but did not run" STRANGE.... I told them that I called to ask when to come and was told to come. My dogs are not on the same shot schedule and I did not approve vaccines but yet they were both given 3. TERRIBLE experience start to finish. Would not return. Only received a call when I switched everything over to the Hanes Mall location. They were great and I would highly recommend switching.
Apr 28, 2025 · Angela MounceOn vacation my dog experienced an urgent problem. The cost here was roughly 2x the charge of his regular vet. I thought this was great considering we got a same-day appointment and there was no requirement for "new patient assessment" or anything crazy like a vet's office would charge. What a blessing to have a place like this that just gets the job done without any fuss...we are so grateful! Staff was also super nice 👍
Nov 27, 2024 · Tina McReeI made an appointment at PetSmart Grooming Salon for my 8 month old Shih Tzu pup to get groomed. The salon tech told me since this was my pup's first time she might not get completed. Sure enough she called me and told me that she could not finish her. The salon tech said my pup was so so sweet, but very nervous. She suggested I bring her back in four weeks to try again and get her used to coming. She wanted to charge me over $45 for shampoo which I do to her every week, nail clipping which I do to her, face trim which I do, and pulling hairs from her ears (why would you do such a painful thing to a new pup's first experience with you?). I asked why didn't she call me to let me know the puppy was too "nervous" for the cut, because I would have taken her home and done all of the other stuff my dang self for FREE?! She said she thought she told me that, which she did NOT. Then she told me I could pay and schedule to come back in four weeks, or I could opt to not pay but never be able to come back to PetSmart salon again. I chose to NEVER come back again!! As if they are the only fish in the sea... laughable! I have NEVER ever heard of a dog groomer not grooming a puppy because it is "nervous"!! I went home and went on Amazon and ordered a dog clipper set and did the job myself in one hour!!! Just so you all know. I am a kindergarten teacher NOT a dog groomer. I don't think I did too bad, and I WILL be taking my grooming needs to Petco if I don't feel like doing it myself next time! Here are some before and after shots.
