Banfield Pet Hospital

Everyone we interacted with that day was incredibly friendly and patient with us and our cat. My cat doesn't like strangers, so he can be a bit difficult to examine, but they did their best to thoroughly identify any issues he might be having. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they had no problem answering all of them! They ensured we were informed about everything they did or planned to do and even called us after the visit to check up on him. Very kind and professional!

So I thought everything here would be good scheduled an intake appointment for my dog she needed a check up and a rabies update shot. I went in and set an appointment for her for 730 am on a Saturday all good so far.... Then I go to take her in and the girl upfront says I can't go back with my dog for the appointment and the doctor is not even there yet nor can I hang out and wait to at least meet the person that's supposed to be my dogs new doctor..... To top it all off they tell me I'm supposed to just drop my animal off and they can't give me an actual time they will work on her as it's a surgery day so they will get to her when they can...... So say I'm stupid and just take their word for it that she'll be ok , wait I'm supposed to pay for my dog to be worked on and just take the vets word for it that they give her the shot..... But I'm not allowed to meet the vet and can't see the procedure. How do I know they do their job......I mean you don't just drop a family member off with someone you don't know and have never met but it's Cool I'm sure they'd be fine ......lol this is just stupid. Nah I'm good I'm not that dumb. So in closing I think they are a garbage place based on first experience.

Had no problem with the service at the facility. We would consider going here permanently but I called to cancel my Wellness package and the procedure to cancel turned me off from this company. The woman made it very difficult and kept trying to convince me how much we would save. This company needs to seriously evaluate how the close their wellness packages because now they have lost a customer for good instead of us still coming without the package. Be cautious while signing up for a membership as it’s difficult to convince the woman on the phone to allow you to cancel!

I never write reviews but I'm guessing the employees at our Banfield are getting tired of me saying it to them alone! No matter what we need or to whom we're talking, i am struck every time by how genuinely pleasant, helpful and cool they all are. Every time. They're just so much nicer than our last vet and they're infinitely better (if you know the name Seven Hills, you know why I say that). And Dr. Delan (sp?) is just wonderfully nice and good at her job. Everybody likes their vets, i know - but we've had several now and we're very happy with her - she's awesome. The prices aren't a whole lot better than anywhere else as it's all gotten obscene but at least these people are really nice and really helpful and really want to do a great job - some of them feel like they only care about the huge bills they hand you. I really like this place and am glad we ended up here.

Super professional and friendly! Our 1.5 year old dog was comfortable and as calm as she could be with the staff and atmosphere. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend!
