they are having. very bad service. , a nurse whose name I don't know, only that she has dark red hair. refused to vaccinate my pets in front of me even though I asked her to. - and the times I've gone she's very rude - also my last prescriptions. they've given them to me misspelled and when I go to the pharmacy. they always have to call them to correct them and it's a waste of time - they should pay more attention since they are important medications for our pets and a mix-up could be fatal - and really. it's not that they treat them for free, I pay a monthly fee so nothing is free. and I ask that pets be treated in the same way as if they were a human. , pay attention. and care. and make things visible when you take them. and don't put them in the back and you don't know what they do to them. that's why you make appointments to go in with them, - they need better. their services. and kindness. from some nurses in particular. the one with the red hair. who is very despotic. and rude

the vet emiliano of chula vista banfield vaccinated my dog in 2021 but the rabies certificate didnot have the microchip number. However, my dog's passport book which records all his vaccines and contains the microchip ID had emiliano's offfcial stamp and inked signature confirming the vaccination. we recently had to permanently relocate overseas and completed all our rabies paperwork. We had official authorization that the dog are rabies free and can enter the country. to be diligent, I requested emiliano to provide me another letter/memo certifying that this is the same dog just in case we had an issue at the airport. Emiliano went on to yell at me in his office and asked me "get out" stating he will not help in anyway and providing me a letter/memo "is illegal". I utilized the banfield complaints line and was redirected to the area manager (Joana P. Casillas Lopez) who completely ignored us, but admitted on video after we showed up at her office, that Emiliano failed to scan the microchip as per company policy. She went on to contact APHIS and in an email chain blatantly lied that the dog was never microchipped. My dog has had his microchip for 15 years. I contacted the same representative at APHIS and explained the situation. He assured me that we do not need the memo and that Banfield was in his words "simply being difficult". We decided against legal action and arrived without any issues to our destination. If this review doesn't convince you, ask APHIS or look up the many lawsuits against Banfield. These are extremely unkind, rude and unhelpful people.

I have been taking my fur babys🐕🐈 to Banfield pet hospital when ever my fur babys🐕🐈 needs to see a doctor. I have always gotten good service. I just recently found out that they can also trim the nails on 🐶 during a visit if you ask. ❤ Took my fur baby🐕 to get his shots and receive superb customer service yet again😊

This visit was a week after our dog passed away. We were taken into the back room. The staff did a wonderful job of getting our dog cremated. The attached photo was taken as we were leaving for Banfield. He died about 20 minutes later.

After numerous vet visits and discovering my Lily's health was not improving, I decided to put her to sleep. I contacted this hospital that is open 24 hrs. They were very sympathetic in the whole process. During check out they explained the cremation process and told me I would get my pretty kitty in a wooden decorative box along with her paw print. This was all included with my visit cost, which was very reasonable. ....I could not beleive this was all included. Godbless this place and the the facility that took care of her after🙏🙏🙏
