Todays visit with Dr. Timmerman went better than expected. Took my senior dog to get a lump in her ear checked out, fearing the worst but it turned out to be a fluid filled cyst. Her and her team were able to drain it and provided me valuable feedback. She was in and out in about an hr :)

I love to take my dog here. Lately, they have been short of staff. So the lady didn't take time to find me a dental appointment. She told me they don't have any dental appointments at this location. I was kinda mad. Because she should have said something when they other lady was talking to me about making the appointment. But the doctor took good care of my stink. His name is Pinto Beans. Banfield did DNA testing on him when I first got him. Chihuahua, miniature pincher and miniature poodle when some terrier.

I've been using Banfield for nearly 16 years and love it. Over the last couple of years we have seen Dr. Ferguson at the Stapleton location and she's wonderful!! One of our dogs is a little hard to handle but she is very patient with him and the vet tech's are always very sweet and and make us feel comfortable leaving our babies with them. The Wellness plan makes health care affordable, and free office visits ensure we never have to ignore an issue, big or small. Here's a pic of our 3 Banfield patients, ages 8, 5 and 16.
