I took my mini schnauzer in for her first haircut and specifically asked that they trim a very small amount of her hair from around her eyes. When I returned 2 hours later my poor puppy looked like she’d been sheared with blunt edge clippers from her head to her paws and tail. She looked embarrassed (my pup). I told the staff that she’d cut too much of her hair and she said “so sorry I’ll make a note of that for the next time.” There WILL NOT be a next time!

Jul 18, 2024 · Pamela Williams-PaigeThis is the best veterinary location I have ever been. The staff is some of the sweetest, supporting, and compassionate people I have ever meet. My baby girl saw Dr. Williams and he is by far the most amazing vet. After she was diagnosed with cancer, if I ever had any questions, all I had to do was call and he personally would call me back. When the day came that she was just to sick to continue, the entire staff was so amazing throughout the whole process. Today, a card came in the mail from them. And every single person there signed it and wrote a little something. They are so amazing and I will continue to go there for as long as they are there. Thank you, Dr. Williams, Trish, Jen, Callie, Brenda, Sarah, Tanya, Zachi. You are true saviors with such big hearts.
Dec 01, 2020 · Amber ClaytonThe vet care is okay. They however have an inability to get percriptions correct. My pharmacy EVERY MONTH tells me that my pets percriptions are declined. I have been told by BANFIELD that my pharmacy puts the wrong vet on the request which they don't put a vet name and they fax and call.... My pet was there in July and I stressed they have 6mo refills and was showed that was done.... 2 weeks later Banfield declined the percription stating my pet needed a visit. They spoke to Audrey... It's like they can't read the pets visit history and refills. Called today and was told that I should just get the meds from them. (They charge twice the amount) Maybe this is why they do it....
Aug 01, 2024 · brandon eatonMy boys have always been well taken care of. They don’t like the shots, but the my go anyways. Thank you for helping to keep my dogs healthy.
Oct 22, 2021 · Chris Moore (Momentum Realtor)Banfield should be sued because of their callousness on owners and their shandy business practices. I signed up for a plan asked all the right questions was told "sure you can cancel anytime no fees." Ha, wrong. The actual cancellation policy is that you must pay all of the remaining plan cost or the cost of the vet visits you used. The only way to cancel is to sit on hold for 2hrs, or to get hung up on over and over. My mother in-laws dog that was about 13 yrs old and had been on this program her whole life when the dog passed 2 weeks after renewal, this company said oh well you still owe us for the plan. Though the services were decent for the first year this is absolutely not worth the money headache or carelessness that this company and it's affiliates disrespect their consumers with. They found a way to make money off of people's kind hearts and love for their pets. They do not care for you or us or our pets. DON'T USE THEM EVER. I know I'll never go back to them or let anyone I care about use this company.
