From the front desk reception to the Vet techs to DR A. This is the most amazing team of people to take care of our animals. I had to put my Penny down 2 weeks ago and they were so kind and gentle with me and my Penny. Penny loved everyone there and so do I. I recommend this hospital to everyone . I would drop my Penny off there while I had to go to work and Dr A would always call me and communicate any issues. I will say it again the staff here that I listed are amazing and Penny loved all of them as well. My Penny got the best care from all listed above. Been waiting almost 2 weeks to gets my dogs tick meds online from chewy and or petsco and they Banfield dosent want to respond so I have had my order canceled twice. Honestly I'm just getting a new vet and done with Banfield.

Absolutely love the service and my Prinze loves his vet. It doesn't matter which vet is on call they treat him like a king.

Please avoid this location and Dr. Mike. Did not listen or care and their handling and management is very horrendous. Physically manipulating my puppy, doing exams that cause him to cry out in discomfort and not allowing treats to create a positive experience for vet visits. They push for unnecessary testing for a diagnosis that didn't correlate with symptoms presented. Which has led to them charging over $700 of unnecessary testing when the medication he needed that we requested when we first got there was only $30 I cannot stress enough please if you care about your animal do not bring them here!! Cant wait to email you Banfield!

I just want to remind people what this place will do if you disobey. I had my mini pinch here, on contract. Yes I was legal law stupid and signed a contract??? I scheduled a spay and nail clip on a day I could deal with it all... I showed up for my appointment. The girl said, oh I'm sorry the doctor changed your appointment time...because we have a contract and are in charge of you, your dog and your time. I said that's what you think asshole and left...and the banfield crew responded by sueing me for the entire cost of the spay and the clip, well over 1000.00, right out of my social security check, right out of the blue. Threw my finances into hell for a year. Go ahead...sign a contract. Put your trust in them...lol. The Bancraft people send me a generic response to a serious situation. I never perused this because I know what happens You want to make me happy?..return my money. It cost me almost $1800.00 to have my baby spayed and I had a hard time with that after you took the money I saved for it... Further more, I want to remind your customers why contract like yours want a Social Security #. That is so the lawyers at Bancroft have easy legal recourse to your money. They don't have to lift a finger to get it. The only reason anyone wants your Social Security # is to get your money on a contractual service you can get anywhere else...free. Jan 2 2025...I just got my credit report..Bancroft is sueing me again for the same exact thing. I called to tell them I already paid them 5 years ago and their response was....we can't find were you paid...pay again?...Please Please, people, every third person who comes here with their loved one is horrified by the experience. Listen to me and Dan and the rest...avoid this place and whatever you do?...do not give them your social security number...you will regret it
