Banfield Pet Hospital

I take my doggies to Banfield for all their care. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind to all pets in their care. I trust that my pets will receive the best possible care at Banfield.

I recently started taking my corgi puppy to this Banfield location since it is the one closest to my home. I have loved the service her & I have received while at this location. They helped me sign up for the Early Care Plus plan and all the staff/doctors have been outstanding! I use to take my other dog to the Banfield location off of Aero Dr and didn’t really like the service as much as I like this location. Plus, at this location they take you into your own private room to discuss your pets wellbeing, etc. I also think it’s a plus that this is just a stand-alone vet office vs being inside a Petsmart (that was always a bit overwhelming for me)!

** update always good to have our dogs checked out for all of life's journey I made sure to sign up for a monthly medical plan. It's worth it.*** So my little dog had some medical issues and we have a medical plan that we have a subscription payment for. We received the email that said its time for your pet's comprehensive examination. Just in time because we had an issue. So what I liked is that they offered me an outside source price for lab work which would be less than upgrading my plan. Going with a medical plan saves u funds and is so much helpful for your little family member!!! I forgot to mention I told the guy I would wait outside in my car for the "20 minutes". We'll my fault I waited like 1.5 hours before I called. Turns out they called my daughter whose phone had died. Yes parked right in front.Yes they had my number but I blame myself for not calling them sooner.

Yesterday we brought our dog Kaia over to the Banfield on Campus Plaza and we had a really great experience. We called early afternoon, but they were booked so Arianna said she'd call me if there was a cancellation... and she did. We got in at 2:30! We were really appreciative of Arianna calling us back to let us know that there was an opening. She greeted us warmly and in a short time we were taken back to a room. Margarita, the Nurse, came in and asked us numerous questions about our Kaia's health, and she was very kind and thorough. Then Doctor Quiroz came in - he was wonderful - he explained what he thought was going on with Kaia and gave us his recommendations, and told us what to do and what to expect. We are very grateful for his guidance. It was a stressful time worrying about Kaia, but they did a wonderful job in all aspects taking care of us! We highly recommend this Banfield location. Their service was 10 out of 10. Well done... thank you very much! The Bourne Family

Everyone at this location are wonderful. I have a very aggressive cat when at the vet and they were patient with her and did everything that was needed. I am glad I found this place. .
