I had many options to take my pet and spay her in other clinics in town with way lower prices, I brought my pet there because it had its own folder up there and my husband took her there three times. So I called before going there to make an appointment and they gave me the quote, but after operation they told me different things than the first, I really don’t like to go back anymore there, because I found out they weren’t honest, and I asked them to check my cat to make sure if she is not pregnant, they wanted me to pay extra for XR and the Said it’s not included, so I didn’t pay, because I thought it was too much. according to my pet’s body before surgery, now I can say it was pregnant. I mentioned that to say how much they are irresponsible about animals, now I can say why their score is about two with many bad reviews. To award you the only thing their insurance covered is visit the doctor, and spay/ neuter. Vaccines, you can find it out everywhere more cheaper…

This rating is based solely on my experience TODAY. I made an appointment via the app to have someone check out my pup as he has an unexplained bump, edema on his left side. The Dr called me to say she didn’t have a tech for the time visit and asked if I could go down the street to thrift new location Sidebar, I’d been to their new location and the service was very sub standard. But I really wanted my dog to be seen so I agreed. They have no openings and the wait time was outrageous. Of course they call down to the Petsmart location and their phones aren’t working, and haven’t been for days. So I decided to drive down the road. As I walk through the petsmart I notice Banfield’s lights are off, no one is around and fits are shut. So apparently they decided to close several hours early. Wasted, gas, time and had to sit in traffic going home. BANFIELD DO BETTER

My children and I spent over an hour in the waiting room with our new puppy before I finally got up and walked out. We never saw or spoke to anyone other than reception. We have used Banfield in the past (when we lived in North Carolina) and had a good experience but this location (Kennesaw) is terrible. No one acknowledged the ridiculous wait or let us know why we were still waiting so long. Despite the fact that we had an appointment, Pets arrived after us and got treated in front of us. In the end, we opted for a more expensive local vet who actually knows how to schedule and maintain appointments. No one has time to sit in a vet’s office for hours!

This group of vets and vet techs are exceptional. They care about every pet that comes in. The customer service goes above and beyond. I have been a customer of Banfield for over 10 years in California and Georgia and Banfield of Kennesaw has the best staff around. My Yorkie attended a Banfield in Smyrna and before I had to put my dog down due to old age, seizures, arthritis, and bone spurs I was not happy with the responses to my questions that the vets were giving me. So before I got my new puppies I began looking for a new vet. Even though there are two Banfield locations closer to me, I am so greatful to the Kennesaw location, my new puppies, Willow and Prince, and I are soooo very happy. We are Banfield of Kennesaw patients for life. Thank you to all of the staff for making our transition so wonderful. From day one we felt the love ❤️ you all share for our fur babies.

Banfield is my safe place for Walker. I am very comfortable with the care Walker receives. Give them a try I promise you and you pet will love it.
