I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback from my recent visit, as well as a request for future appointments. As a new client, I’m still in the process of building trust with your team, and I believe clear communication is an important part of that. During our recent visit, my dog was taken to the back for a vaccination without any explanation or discussion beforehand. This caught me off guard, and I felt unsure about what was happening and why. I would appreciate more proactive communication during appointments, especially when procedures are being done. Additionally, I would like to request that moving forward, all shots, vaccinations, and procedures be performed in the exam room, in my presence. This will help me feel more comfortable and confident, and it also gives me the chance to ask any questions in real time. I understand that every clinic operates differently, and I appreciate your willingness to work with me on this. My goal is to build a strong, trusting relationship so that my dog receives the best care possible. Thank you for your time and understanding, and I look forward to our continued partnership.

My dog used to be a former patient of this location. I moved out of state and have been gone for a while. I had to call to get my prior records. I had a great experience just as I did when visiting the location. Kristen E was so gracious immediately and emailed me all 70 pages of my pups medical history. Thank you! I miss my Acworth location!

This is the BEST veterinarian hospital around! The best staff and Doctors! I just wanted to reach out and express my sincere thanks to the great, wonderful, awesome and amazing staff at this office!! I truly love them and the care they provide for my loved ones! I have a bird, dogs and cats and they all have been treated at this location. The care the staff gives is above reproach and Dr. Ford is a true blessing and the BEST veterinarian I've ever known! Being a PA-C in Urology for over 25 years, it is fantastic conversing with him! I consider him a great friend and admire him for not only his talents but his amazing personality. Thank you for having such a truly amazing staff! It's a soulful feeling in these odd times that people still care. Have a blessed day! Sincerely, Rick Coscia Ollie's Dad🐦🫡

I’ve been going to Banfield for 7 yrs. Customer service is great, prompt & friendly. When you call, you actually get a real person. My dog & I usually see Michael, vet nurse. He’s very caring, kind & lots of patience (my dog doesn’t like any vet). He will also give you options re: treatments & answer any questions. Don’t ever feel like he’s in a rush to get done with you. When we do see a vet doctor, it’s usually Dr Bell, who’s also caring/patient.
